A very good interview. Cliff exuded confidence and painted a compelling picture for investors:
The IP acquired and potential commercialization in diverse/growing markets is impressive; the depth of talent working in the portfolio companies is simply stunning; 2 of the 25 snack companies making active enquiries about pricing; 24 months to exit and (slightly shocked by that short time scale).
TEK represents a hugely exciting opportunity for investors. What other firms of comparable market cap are offering such a diversity of opportunity?
If you were looking for negative, I have reservations about TEK when it comes to posted profits:
(i) Salarius: I would suspect the revenue from Saltme brand is low (amazon sales) and the Mexican restaurant chain deal was small in nature
ii) Lucyd: look to have a great product (with the lighter frames - really upped their game with this offering) but early days in terms of serious sales numbers
iii) Small amount of income from consultancy fees.
Personally, I view the current lack of material revenue as just a reflection of portfolios that are still maturing. But, of course a risk element remains at this time.
Hopefully, the dealings with the snack companies will progress. That would be an exiting step.
Belluscura listing to come.
The explosive potential of Guident is waiting in the wings (talk of the shock absorbers has gone quiet - but it was not core).
What IP will TEK acquire next?
Exciting times ahead for the patient.
Cliff did sound like he was in a good mood!
So as I thought. The companies will be sold/floated. Each company is in billion dollar industries.
Just like Braveheart did with RMS there will be a number of special dividends worth multiples of this ludicrous share value of circa £13 million cap. CEO clearly amused by short term impatient investors who are not seeing the bigger picture.
Within less 5ban 24 months any investor getting in now or holding will see multiples of their investments.....More for me thanks. This is a multibagger +
Topcatz 100% . Post tax profit of 7m and atleast 2 major snack companies starting to talk pricing for salt is potentially huge imho
It was by far the best interview I've seen. Very bullish and really expensive. The credentials of harald braum and team are unreal and good information on what makes the Belluscura concentrator unique. I'd recommend listening to it in it's entirety
So just watched it all , very good prospects indeed if all goes to plan. Yes the last 2 mins .....all 4 portfolios sold or floated which ever results in best special divi for shareholders...erm how is this SP so low!
Several of the 25 large snack food manufacturers testing Salarius salt have asked for a pricing in the last few weeks.
That sounds pretty good to me
Thanks LSE
I only listened to the last few minutes. Will check the rest out tomorrow.
2. Points.
1. This year earnings were 9 million and profit over 7 million (not sure where that came from. Only Salarius and Lucyd selling
as far as I know)
2. All 4 companies floated or bought out within the next 2 years. Sounds good to me :)
Dear Tekcapital chat board members, please find a link to our interview with Dr Clifford Gross. It is a long interview, and I advise you to look first at the last two minutes before enjoying a detailed update of the entire portfolio. Please view here. https://youtu.be/2Qao6EW-4nY
