Why are you selling!! When institutions are still buying @ 144 ?? Do you think they are wrong ??
Amazing Ade
Lol
Seems like a very silly move. Your going to regret it when the offer comes out
I've sold at just over 1.40 this docent seem to be doing anything now.
I hope we hear something by next week or at least by the end of the month. But more importantly, I hope a deal is cut at a significant premium to what the BoD consider the forward-value of the company. At this stage, it would not be good if a deal isn't secured with any of the narrowed down set of bidders.
As every day goes by the closer we are to get an announcement of the agreed terms.I think that the terms will be significantly higher than the current share price and believe that as each day passes the final figure gets higher between the bidders.Come next week it will be three weeks since the second stage started so must be close to concluding
lol shareholders proactively low-balling trhemselves.
£2 - £2.50 would be ''attractive''
less than that would not be the ''attractive'' offer consistently specified/expectated by the board
I agree with you I would expect the price to be well over £1.65 if not £2 or more depending how much the bidders want it.Looking at both todays and yesterdays late trades I think someone has woken up to thiss possibility for making a very good return over a short term.I think it is highly likely that we will find out by Friday or Monday
Lol- no one knows bar those on the inside... would expect more than 165
How do you know it’s 165
Looking like 165p is approved in principle
Long and strong, ted is going to melt faces when the bid comes in
8m Buy and no real rise, it just shows you have messed up the stock market really is and how the brokers MMs just decided what goes up and down and when.
Re Tosca, it’s not impossible that they are one of the interested parties.
With 27% (last time I looked) of course they are an interested party - always have been.
Just afer 4 this afternoon there was a purchase of 5.5 million shares.I would expect to get an rns in the morning but I think that takeover talks must soon be coming to a conclusion.Hopefully to all of our advantage
Re Tosca, it’s not impossible that they are one of the interested parties.
Instead of focusing on TED look at the macro picture for a minute. Markets are down, everything is tanking. Risk on sentiment doesn't just mean traders are pulling capital out of market but it wouldn't be wrong to assume bids for buyout either being pulled out or lowered.
Wait until CPI prints tomorrow before making any assessment imo
I cannot understand why the price has been sinking. It is now lowere than the second bid which was then improved on before the other parties joined the bidding game and I think there are at least three. As the original offers were turned down the longer it goes on for the higher the price. If they are not already offering a great deal more then the BOD would have pulled out already,so you can see why I am confused.
As of today Fox Holdings (small fund based in south west) will be adding TED to it's portfolio. Long and strong baby. 11hc
Market sentiment has changed over the last month but it is tempting to top up below 137.5p.
I just get the continuous price drops combined with Tosca top ups. I'm going to follow Tosca and the lower it goes the more shares I will own.
Another 125 thousand long for Tosca.
If they dont know something??
What chance has anyone else lol
Toscafund topping up again!
I still think a takeover will go through as if there were not indicative offers up to now at areasonable price then the BOD would have already pulled the plug.I still think the price will be nearer £2 as I have said previously the BOD would not want to look stupid bearing in mind wher the price was this time last year when the recovery started. As said the other day the longer the talks go on then the higher the price will become. However if the market falls significantly then all the above will not take place but do not believe this will happen
Found these ones so far:
Bluestar Alliance
Authentic Brands Group
Sycamore Capital
Any others?
Surely with multiple published suiters an ''attractive'' valuation will be agreed.
Casinos, don't know where you are coming from with your post, it has exceeded 147.80 every single day at some point up until 2 days ago, also don't you know you can place limit price on so you don't need to watch all day, look through historical prices and you will find out I am correct.
