@Neilin @Apunter @Alwayznow
Spot on, this very soon will be a cash cow, it will reward shareholders and when the market see's the results, they will pile in sending up the peg, pe and share price. Those in in July, Aug, Sept 2020, will see excellent returns which will just keep growing.
Alwayznow.. brilliant. And they should go further
If your investing or trading know the rules
When is it a closed period has been a regular one
See the rule that says directors can’t sell for a year
Know about PEG P/E EV ( which I will get to eventually lol)
Know what are the companies legal responsibilities are when announcing through the RNS
It’s all there in google
Please please less time reading our drivel, go read the hand books,
I can even ward off those who quote auditing rules, because I know the rule that applies to us
(It’s B77 by the way lol)
Just IMHO of course
Hi CyprusBiker,
Your 21:06 and 21:09 : both wildly out, suggest you read the Prospectus and subsequent RNS,s .
Hint : they’ll usually tell you the before and after position.
Remember : AZ is not alone.
Good luck with your research !

apunter2 - completely agree most are missing it. IMO this is because a large proportion of people, who aren't that clued up on the financial system for what ever reason, most likely because they haven't worked in the financial sector before and therefore haven't been educated on it, take a punt on stocks and think they can make a quick few quid. The amount of people who have given over their hard earned money, and then asked what Blockchain is... is frightening. I'm willing to bet most people bought in without even knowing what invoice financing is, let alone AZs "new wheel". We now live in a world where you can pretty much learn anything on the internet. I really encourage people to educate themselves via YouTube and Google about things they don't understand. I'm not calling people thick, I'm saying they simply haven't been taught about the financial system for what ever reason!
If you are reading this and are considering buying in but still don't quite get it, or have bought in, are now under water and thinking of selling... Please please please educate yourself about how these financial products work and what SYME does. You will then, like a few of us on here, be rather entertained by the derampers pathetic and quite frankly embarrassing attempts to try and get in SYME at a lower price. Research is your confidence, spend the time, it will be worth it. ATB
@bmw, key thing is it isn't "debt"
First point is on point. Cycle that money...
Also it’s worth remembering that the £8 billion can be used over and over as co’s will want to pay these debts off when in a position to so that money repaid can be used to monetise again.
Whoops, 1,630,000,000
AZ's holding, 163,000,000. Maybe the next Gutenberg. Next year.
Still laughing at EV quote from today ... for EV you have to add all debt including bonds ...and we don’t have any those either
Hahaha
Some just don’t get it at all
Just want say how much the more intelligent posters on here are appreciated., taking the time to go into the finer details. Shame that some investors believe some of the ****e that the scum trolls are spewing out most of the day.
Note another note
‘Bank to monetise inventory (and consequently increase monetisation to above ?8bn),’
All in my opinion only
We are way way undervaluing this .. January’s figures may be an audit to sept end... however, we continually underestimate what has been announced. It is all to do with expansion, efficiency. More clients approved quicker. Funding guaranteed but our full year is to March... what will be the effects of this efficiency drive then.
What happens in year 2 when companies enter second term of their contracts and more clients added
Year 3 same effect
AZ has mentioned this many times in interviews and it’s being missed too... but the RNS’s say it’s being addressed
Quotes from RNS
the Company can now analyse new financing structures using direct borrowing lines from the Bank to monetise inventory (and consequently increase monetisation to above €8bn), whereby securitisation notes could be structured in tranches (a senior lower risk tranche for institutional investors, and, a junior first-loss higher risk tranche for the Bank)
The impact of the Agreement on the current business plan of Supply@ME is transformational. The completion of the acquisition of the Bank will facilitate a major increase in the quantum and speed of the Platform's estimated capital inflows for inventory monetisation, since securitisation notes and other funding structures can now be subscribed by SYME's partner Bank. Specifically:
Note quantum and speed
- exceeding the 2020-2021 (year-end Sept 21) EBITDA target
- more rapid expansion within the Platform's target geographic areas
This strategic Bank partnership is a significant addition to the Company's existing funding initiatives. Our objective has always been to form partnerships that would enable us to exceed our funding targets, and this agreement achieves that at one stroke. Our business model is highly scalable
Note AZ quote
significant addition to the Company's existing funding initiatives
Sharpen those pencils
Weathergeek,
When i posted that, it seemed a major point to me, and surprised that it has not been discussed more here. He specifically makes the differentiation between short term trading and the investors that hold the shares and understand the value. I was beginning to think i was the only one that heard it!
Neil
As AZ said September is a HOT MONTH FOR NEWS well I think October will be very warm as well. 5 trading days remaining this month. Well I bet we will have at least one RNS oh boy but what RNS. They are already maintaining news. Shortly we will find out who is buying so much shares here. I reckon several institutions crazy!! BOOM coming!!
Will pay dividends to be a long term holder ;)
I think this is soooo big that news alone may not be enough.
Until all orders have been satisfied it will continue to be held back.
When the buying is done then all on board should experience Space travel first hand. Seat belts on.
........."Payout policies that will reward all investors that hold their shares".......
Interesting line.
Neil
