Yep I’m really Ralph Hassunhutl. You can sack me now.
I've seen them both in the same room. Anything else we can make up today.

yes i agree with you. JP cannot be trusted every again. Look at his other share companies they are doing nothing 2 or 3 p max for months now sound. tell me what he has done? why he justifies 900k salary for nothing is amazing. Thats why its called rip off great britain, if your a cheat/robber you will do well here.
Or
Of been to any events/trips.
Crude is JP? Guess you’ve never seen Eggheads...?
I really hope you pi's get something back from Sound. Its not looking good hear and this deal looks poor considering.
on another note have any of you ever thought that Crudehope could be JP in disguise?
The reason I suggest this is some of his posts seem to user friendly in regards to Sound.... Just an observation.
Over 9,000 posts, and you never suggested anything negative about SOU. You make Walter Mitty look respectable.
You may well still be around, but thankfully no one with any sense will believe a word.....
koozer, how many chats in the past?
What's the value of his words now?
...received...
Blackjake, I am going to be here for the foreseeable so if you don't like it, filter me! As for numerous suggestions of where the sp was headed - quite the opposite. I seldom, if at all, make specific sp predictions! BTW, I have never "encouraged investors to buy" & stating that is quite frankly defamatory!
I hope JP does get done for his untruthful comments and misleading us investors into thinking we would not lose money if we invested at 80p and now its at 4p and hes legging it.
AIM or not
JP is paid by us to get a deal done that we don't want
I heard that he receive death threats, I couldn't approve them but it's quite understandable
Somebody please kick him out of the company immediately, he already done a huge damage
let's get rid of this "ceo" today !
Hands down from the company James, now!
I am perfectly aware of the risks of AIM. I have lost some money on this share, and that is 100% my fault not yours.
However, your constant ramping of Sound quite frankly makes me sick. You have encouraged Investors to buy whenever possible, and made out you had a close relationship with JP. You then made numerous suggestions of where the sp was headed. How you have the brass neck to still be around is laughable. No more so than your Single company holding .....
I agree again Koozer, the same management which brought us in this situation is still in charge
which future negotiations bigbench?
we are not going to get other licences, wake up
Thank you for seeing this on the same page as me.
We have to honestly ask ourselves who is coming into SOU?
Why is JP saying he will be available for contract basis? He fleeced us enough and wants to come back for more?
Like I said my friend the bottom line is the share price is sitting at 4p. If mohamed does come in charge or a moroccan official in morocco this will finish soon for example tractability etc no FCA etc. If it was someone in ex Royal dutch shell or similar I as a share holder would have some confidence restored.
Wind your neck in dessaco… I was referring to any further negotiations
Bigbench
Our CEO nominee Mohammed Seghiri, held senior positions at Advisory & Finance Group Investment Bank (AFG), which is advising Sound Energy for the financing of the pipeline construction with the Enagas Consortium.
AFG oversaw the sale of Sound Energy's 20% stake in Tendrara to Oil & Gas Investment Fund (OGIF) in 2017. Seghiri has been the deputy director of OGIF.
Now, the new CEO will represent Sound’s 49% in the JV and the other 51% by the purchaser’s representative.
Directors of Sound Energy, their associates from Maghreb, OGIF or AFG who held board or other senior management positions in Morocco, including in Tendrara and Sidi Moktar, means that there were many related parties with which Sound Energy has transacted in the past
we don't need permits bigbench, we can already drill wherever we want within the licence, obviously Morocco gov wants the same...
No permit needed for the pipeline as well, already approved... Where do you live on Mars?
This is the reason why they thought they were be able to steal the company from the current shareholders:
a bunch of zombies
I know nothing about this Mo chap but if he is in with the Moroccan Gov then he may be just the man we need..... Im sure he will have more sway when it comes to permits etc than JP ever had.
I agree Koozer, Mohammed is just going on with the same "deal"
almost nothing was done for shareholders' interest why should they begin now?
Let's vote, let's hire someone with skills and experience, the payroll at sound is very good.
Who is this guy mohammed? all I know hes someone with the moroccan govt.
He has no strong resume and I would be very worried if he does become CEO as this could be delisted and unregulated.
We could be screwed heavily if its not someone here in charge.
Mahatma, thanks for making me laugh...lol! But in all seriousness if Mohamed is to be the next CEO (that will be determined by the 'Nomminations Committee') I intend to make myself known, although we have already met. He seems like a good man & has obviously got in-country connections, not least with our major shareholders, OGIF. Tendrara is a project that Morocco needs to succeed so what better than to have a Moroccon as our CEO. I am sure he will do his utmost to see the project succeed & that ultimately has to align with shareholders aspirations. Personally, I would have prefered a clean sale but maybe that was not feasible. Anyway, I look forward to seeing the detail of the proposed deal.
