Brian Mitchener was sat at his desk gazing aimlessly out of the window one morning.
Parson says "Brian, stop doing that"
A fed up Mitchener replies "why boss"
Parsons says "because you'll leave yourself with nothing to do this afternoon"...
Here's a question. What does JP's working day comprise of now.? I take it as a given that he'd put the kettle on. Run through a few emails and have a chat about the cricket. There's the first hour done.
I think Scarf is being surreal. Mr Parsons is working for a zombie company and doesn't really have a job anymore. Like all middle aged " has beens" he cannot bring himself to tell his wife and family. He continues his routine of putting on his suit every morning and pretends to go off to work. The reality is that he spends his days in the park talking to the ducks and using his management experience in getting them to line up in a row so he and they can examine their respective Parsons nose ( ducks have them as well as chickens I believe). The ducks know Mr Parsons has run his company into the ground but wonder what they have done to reserve this. The truth is they were intimately involved from the beginning. If they would have lined up properly in the first place none of this would have happened.
You took the words right out of my beak, JTF.
I thought ducks had bills?
Parsons has plenty of those tucked away.
I'm sorry, Scarf, but you've lost me there.
How many noses exactly has Parsons got?
And ducks have noses of a kind, but they are actually beaks.
If he is consulting the ducks, maybe he's going quackers.
I've got this awful vision of JP putting on his 2k suit . Telling his missus he's going to work. Then spending 6 hours in the park comparing Parsons noses with the ducks.
Indeed. He died of obesity. Hollywood got it wrong.
I forgot to mention that trying to wash the fritters down with copious quantities of Roman vinegar didn't help his liver, either.
Spartacus didn't die by crucifixion, as in the movie.
He died of complications resulting from an overload of spam fritters, during his time as a gladiator.
No, I'm Spartacus.....or should that be Spamtacus?!
At the moment we're all bloody Spartacus. Other than WWW and Gaspunter and anyone else with no financial interest.
Why do you get to be Spartacus every time? I'm Spartacus.
He isn't one of mind Goza! I do have standards you know.
And you are certainly one of them.
I wonder just how many users on here are actually Shaungreen47 hahahaha... There are some truly odd people in the world.
And I guess bull****ters will keep using multiple IDs huh? Is there really nothing better for you to do?
Whosethediddy.....ha ha ha !!! It was a quarter wit if memory serves..continue to be angry with life, it will most surely accelerate your demise you negative individual..haters will always hate..
If it's 125p for all assets then how/why would there be contingent payments and free carry? Or are you just regurgitating oil&gas related words that you've heard used before?
Funny how you like to call people halfwits like one of our formerly prolific posters on here...
ST, I am all in and broke...waiting for this to finalise after 9 long years. Despite all that’s happened I still believe that JP will get a good deal and despite the bad run of results and all the wash over his salary he is a genuine person. Time will tell.

Here’s a deal for you. You can have all mine for 75p per share right now. That way, were both happy. Deal?
I think we will get an RNS on Monday the 2nd of September informing us of an acceptable offer. Offer will be £1.25p per share for all assets with a free carry and contingency payments for T11 and a 2 or 3 well drill campaign for Sidi. BOD will recommend and it will be accepted by us. You heard it here first..
