Lol clutching straws, none more so than you….
Are you too embarrassed to post on the other side after your embarrassing threats and boasts…..
Mather, I agree with your final point, but be in no doubt, China sees the West as an enemy to be defeated by economic means. Everything they represent is inimical to the supposed values we cherish.
We should not be banging a militaristic drum, but sadly they are. What happens to Taiwan and how the West reacts, is by far the greatest threat to our collective security. And the Philippines, a country I know well, is equally at risk. Never forget Sarajevo.
Thanks LindyLoo55, we shall see.
Haven't had a TA post on here for months and months - the TA crowd never have anything to say when the SP is falling and usually only appear AFTER we rise 3p or more in one day to tell us after the fact that we are going up. TA is nonsense of course, but who isn't happy to clutch at straws right now. Hope you are right.
Add,
Why would you say China is our enemy? They are responding to the markets and leaders who have put sanctions or limitations on them, the USA has been on certain countries backs since BRICS, this came about as these countries weren’t given a voice or a seat at the table so to speak.
The USA has always been to undermine countries if they are doing well or don’t toe the line, allowing USA to dominate markets and basically have Carte Blanche.
Through persistently hammering down these countries, you have to realise they will one day bite back, you are now seeing this happen, China has cancelled many major orders which is devastating USA and European countries, only because they put limitations on China or refused to deal in high end technology.
China has now got the technology to make their own chips, they are now working on 3nm chips, now that’s impressive, they are also getting ready to roll out 6g by the beginning of next year,
They are responding to being put down or undermined, this is why ASEAN countries are now coming together with the Chinese, sick of Western interference and attitudes.
No one has to be an enemy, if everyone receives a fair deal then we have peace, no one country has a right to rule the world, sometimes your enemy is supposedly your closest friend until it suits them not to be, anyway we shall see in some years to come

The question is... what's Scott going to offer BHP in exchange for their votes? Is the revised PFS in Q1 what they wanted? Lets face it... it follows their model (aka with OZ Minerals).
The Chinese have known all along they have 'competition' so not the most stupid thing to do cozy up to BHP again. At least that keeps everyone guessing.
Or is Scott going to chuck BHP some SOLG licence blocks under a JV deal? Who knows... but without their votes and quite a few pi votes, he'll be in same position as Mather was... and that's having to step down due to insufficient support among shareholders. To be blunt ... how can shareholders plan to vote on directors reappointment if we haven't had an outline on the plan forwards or a proper update?? So Scott has to deliver something pre AGM and fast as voting will open in 6 to 8 weeks or so I believe.
Hopefully onwards and upwards after the gap from March 2020 for 11.22p closes today. Have a lovely day all 🌞🌞 is shining
He stepped down because the voting went against him and he did not consider he had the confidence of the share holders
Mather, from recent suggestions it looks as if our relationship with the Chinese is better than it is with our original backers, so what you say makes a lot of sense. A whole year and yet SC admits things with BHP are still in need of repair. Let's hope he can do a better job with Newmont.
On a broader point, China is taking full advantage of the fact the West doesn't appear to know which way is up. America, a nation with many incredibly bright people, is run by morons - so too are virtually all western nations. Our leaders are utterly clueless and seem content to sit back and worry themselves about complete trivia. China is our enemy and it's time we stopped giving them free rein in their drive for economic colonialism. Our children and grandchildren will pay the price.
Does anyone know what happened to aquinaga or something like that.
I seem to remember solg trumpeting it on there website, telling us it had massive potential.
It was around the time the website told us they couldn't find a French translator.
Just a bit after they told us 12 majors were sniffing round.
I'm beginning to wonder if we can actually believe what we read.
With solg history of misleading investers, I'm beginning to think only a fool would take everything said at face value.
Adikt. Do you remember this from solg.
The PFS confirms the Cascabel project's world class, Tier 1 potential to be a large, low-cost, and long-life mining operation that is based on achievable, proven, and tested mining and processing assumptions.
Large low cost,.
That didn't prove to be to accurate, makes you wonder if solg were exaggerating a wee bit.
QED. You quite obviously don't understand the difference between those brokers who actually cover a stock and the computer generated tosh you think is proper analysis. In fact, do you actually understand what it means when a broker states it covers a stock?
I'll give you a clue. It means a real analyst spends time researching the company, meeting management, going on site visits and producing a document which provides full details of the business, trends in its market place and a view of the macro picture. It then offers an opinion of a price target and whether its a buy, sell or hold. It doesn't mean a computer programme that provides a record of price movements and an algorithm which purports to predict price trends for the future.
Adikt. just one last point for you to ponder.
why do you think you only see brokers on there who give solg the bigun. and nobody else, when clearly there are many brokers who are not so confident on solg future.
let me give you a clue, its the solg web site. its designed for people like you. unquestioning head in the sand, it will come good tomorrow, it must do, the solg web site said it would
This could be a good idea if feasible. One would like to think it has been discussed by management but who knows. For sure it would force ppl to the table if they felt the regional tenements were attractive as part of the package. Would it further detract from our SP or could it be the catalyst?
Eloro. im certainly not here to jump on every poster. just the ones who need there ridiculous posts shown up for what they are.
like someone claiming to have spoken to villagers near solg site,
and do you not find it strange, that all of these contacts and sources posters on here claim to have.
never ever, ever have anything negative to say. I find it amazing. why the sp is 11p is beyond me.
if we took notice of the posters on here who daily tell us there source said this or there contact said that
the sp should be paymasters elusive £4 by xmas.
Nal, you really don't understand anything, do you. The brokers listed on the web site are those which cover this stock. Do you imagine they would allow a deliberate lie to appear on a publicly listed companies publicity material?
Just how thick are you? I know one thing; you are easily the most stupid person I've ever come across on one of these bulletin boards - and that's really saying something. I'd give it a rest if I were you.
Eloro.
is a troglodyte! someone who was a groupie of the trogs back in the 60 s.
one of my favourite uk bands.
so I will take it as a compliment.
You need to keep up 1984, then you would know im a blackjack stooge, im also under contract
with lse. to increase the posts on here, and then for good measure im also in the employ of the money markets.
so unfortunately im here till end of contract, contradicting the daily unfounded posts. like yesterday when I discovered we have a poster who is actually on site in Ecuador talking to the villagers.
Good Grief NAL, are you here to jump on every poster?
You don't have any competition for being Solg BB's troglodyte! In that regard you are a gold medal winning world champion.
Scott is this companies worst nightmare, and has to go! CEO's of small exploration companies need charisma, Scott has ZERO! When he was asked in the interview what are the short term share price catalysts, he started babbling on about something that might happen in 9 months time, what will the share prices be by then?
Lets get some corporate action going NOW! Split this piece of s**t company in 2 NOW! And get moving on a IPO, something, anything! That may just force someone's hand, we have done enough waiting for someone to emerge!
Shut the hell up about further studies and optimisations and get some action going NOW!
Need a shyte…given your recent posts is it just me wondering why the hell you haven’t sold and moved on to pastures new?
Cinsta71. Your post.
"Having seen the area and spoken to locals all are aware of it and dare I say it excited. I even met one lady who owned land in the adjoining village and she said everyone in the community was onboard. This tailings piece I think is more key than we think."
You have just taken top spot on the leader board
Second place is a tie between bbg and copperpot.
But aquinaga is still in the running along with quady
Adikt, really mate, just re read your post.
"If you really want to know which firms cover this stock, look at the company web site and look at the price targets."
It clearly shows how gullible you are.
If its on the company web site it's true, and if Caldwell says it we have to believe it.
Think about what your saying adikt.
What else do you think the company web site and ceo would say. Do you think it maybe prudent to occasionally look elsewhere for the inspiration for your posts
Delusional, desperate, blinkered vision, in denial.
gullible, in over your depth.
The list is endless
Its could be called a rollercoaster ride , but unfortunately there are no ups. Seems to a log flume at the moment...
I’m looking to load at load low tens again. This is sheer manipulation on tint volume and no real change in fundamentals
Who’d have thought another chance would present itself this low after the black swan scamdemic opportunity?
Support at 10 for obvious reasons
Yes, I remember that 10p very well Fort and kicked myself for a good while for not buying then. Mind you, things seemed a lot more dire then and as much as I might sound all doom and gloom, I'm a lot more laid back of late. Not only have I watched this take a shafting today, I've also taken a good hiding with HUM. Then again though, I'll be quicker to add to my position there because of it's really high SP volatility.
Whereas I think we're now waiting for something major to move the needle here, like that JV or a spin off. Or preferably an offer, of course.
Hopefully I'm just being overly downbeat.
