It's not SNG that will be withholding the information, but more so they themselves being updated. The time lag can add up. We will find out in due course.
That could well be true (and I hope you’re correct). Although I don’t know if SNG are obliged to tell the market as soon as last patient is recruited…are they allowed to wait?
Thanks Doc83,
"Last patient dosed was announced at 7am on 11/11/2021. We can assume that it occurred the day before, so 10/11"
That's where I would disagree. I've seen instances where there is more than a two week gap between last patient, (followed by company informed), and the RNS is released. The data could well be open already.
I had the Pfizer booster at the weekend Tony. It totally flattened me for 2 days.
Rocking and rolling now though, all good
Matterhorn, you are quite right. Last patient recruited, not dosed.
Our dates otherwise match and SNG should get sight of the data next week. Unless that last patient recruited carked it mid treatment and they had to find someone new ;)
*14 day treatment period
AndyB4,
"Adagio therapeutics released an RNS saying they believe their drug will work against Omicron (a nice 300% rise in SP ensued)"
Boris Johnson laughably BELEIVES there was no party in his house ..... the one he lives in.
The trouble with 'Belief' is it counts for nothing. Adagio can ramp up their drug all they like, but without DATA proving their statement, much like with Boris, it's just *pfiffle pfaffle*.
The RNS released on 11 Nov 2021 used the following language '... has achieved its recruitment target of 610 randomised patients ...'.
It did NOT state 'last patient dosed' therefore the last patient only just started his/her 14 treatment period.
The 35 day period commenced on 10 Nov 2021, maybe a day or two earlier.
I also topped up. Currently skirting the support line.
On day one post Moderna booster. All I can say is that has certainly got my immune system working.
Update before Xmas as per RM.
Topped up with a few more and will continue to.....
Sure is Oak. Same old tired lines. Same old tired accounts.
TAG TEAM DE-RAMP
Middle of February earliest IMO, FWIW. ....Which to be fair is only 8-9 weeks away.
SNG never rush anything.
Last patient dosed was announced at 7am on 11/11/2021. We can assume that it occurred the day before, so 10/11 + 35 days gets you to 15/12. Maybe 16/12. Don’t they say 7 days at least to go through it (hopefully they’ll have every able body working on this!), so maybe Christmas Eve RNS ;)
I reckon it will be middle of January, though. SNG don’t seem to rush and every press release and interview they say early 2022…
@PP, I have the date down earlier approx. 3 Dec/ 6 Dec (35 days post last patient ~end Oct) - is the 16 Dec an estimation?
Andy, personally I don't think they'll release the new in vitro results until sprinter is unblinded, believe the date for that is 16 Dec - otherwise there is a (very small) risk that the results of sprinter could be called into question. SNG are too good to leave themselves open to questions like that
Now would be a great time for Synairgen to release the in vitro lab results for Delta and Omicron variants.
Glaxo tested their drug on Omicron last week and yesterday released the good news that it works against it.
NRX pharma released the news that their vaccine works against delta (a month ago). (Followed by a 150% rise in SP.)
Pfizer have released data showing their vaccine does not protect particularly well against Omicron (of course our government have just ordered another 100 million doses before the news was even released).
Adagio therapeutics released an RNS saying they believe their drug will work against Omicron (a nice 300% rise in SP ensued).
I’m sure it’s in the pipeline, I look forward to Synairgen releasing their in vitro results very soon.
