Hi DV,
Totally agree with your comments but how did a team of experts in their field that were hired to deal solely with Pepe get it so wrong. They would have had a set of Government Environmental guidelines to follow in each step of the application before submitting the final draft.A discussion with the Environment agency if they were not 100% on some of the points would be the normal instead of submitting a half ass@d application.
dotcom, the share price is a mere 10% of its peak a few short years ago reflecting the BoD's litany of missed deadlines, wastage, dilution, ineptitude and greed. Cobre income (700k tonnes magnetite stockpile) protects us from further falls in the SP imo with the potential upside offered by LCCM & Redmoor. Could be an early 'bag' in the offing....
Hi Fira
We have so called experts doing the pepr, there would have been guidelines for them to follow during the application, how did they get it so wrong?
No money from Brenda, maybe we should sue JP for the bonus he stole but there again he would have needed 400k to pay his phonebill after texting her a million times.
bitcoin, you still invested in GGP? Thought about going back there as I saw the current price is around 14p (below placing price)
Yep, I agree in that we are very unlikely to see any money from the adminstrators. Short term our best hope for a SP rise is LCCM PEPR (re submission by Xmas the BoD plan). Longer term its about LCCM finance and/or Redmoor/SML buy out imo. I'll take 1p+ and walk away happy...
Good point ,the banks /creditors come first
Fira yes thanks for update was wondering if any were due soon and what was happening with the court case as it's been quite a while now the out come .
Wanted to give me an honest reply

Tenerife end of week (almost cancelled after the latest restrictions!) and back Christmas eve, unless we test positive for covid and then we get a 10 day extension lol. I 'm supposed to be in the USA in February and their processes to keep everyone 'safe' appear even worse.....
Perswonally I see fiance a given and just the PEPR formalities holding the news back...
Are you posting from Sunny Tenerife DVH....
Bit of a sun tan for the XMAS party :))
You will have to let me know how the pre fight testing on the return process is...
Fancy some sun in January.... ATB
bitcoin, IF the BoD achieves its target of submitting ALL outstanding PEPR information before the year end then I see a share price north of 0.6p as this effectively means it will be rubber stamped by the authorities imo. We then have a saleable asset. Obtaining finance that exceeds our macp from a 'global' bank, well I'm not holding my breath! (1.5p+ in the unlikely event that it happens imo)
25 Oct RNS: 'The Company considers that it will have submitted the necessary additional PEPR information prior to the end of the year and expects to be in production in the first quarter of 2022'
