Thanks Blacksheep.
P2cr - sorry i don’t have that detail, just what i wrote previously. I’d rather not guess as that seems to be all too regular an occurrence here already!!!
So memorable that I have no idea what I wrote! LOL
We need the PEPR AND the start up finance in Q2 if we are to begin production in Q3. One without the other just doesn't work!
blacksheep, thank you. DEM did state that once the drafts were checked for adequacy, the formal submission would follow. It is all falling into place nicely. I am sticking with Q2 as well.
Hi Blacksheep, I don't understand why we'd be resubmitting documentation that we had already submitted. Is it because we submitted in draft form, the authorities have approved the drafts and we then had to submit the 'official' versions?
Hi Lup, i’m comfortable with the answer received from PW! We’ve resubmitted docs that we had already submitted, he’s sticking with q2.
Apologies for the error-strewn posts - I‘m sitting on a bumpy train journey with unreliable 4G.
see; so you would like the so-called happy-clappers to apologise if the PEPR failed to land because you will if ot appears - er, I shouldn’t imagine that will materialise: the positive posters posit their predictions on publicly available information, over which they exert no control - a point repeated, implicitly and explicitly; whereas you comically goad and negate every reasonably expressed hope.
I see; so you would like the so-called happy-clappers to apologise if the PEPR failed to land because you will if ot appears - er, I shouldn’t imagine that will materialise: the positive post
I’ll add in.. you don’t want to be out over the weekend :D
Let’s not be too upbeat: it’ll stoke Fira’s fury.
Probably a good time today for a little topperoo
gorsuch,
I concur, "likely to occur in the second quarter of 2021".
Prop,
Based on the publicly available information, oh yes.
Lupi, Welcome back.
So, based on the publicly available information, SML seems to have submitted all the required information.
Lupi,
According to RNS 1st Sept 2020, Draft submission was delayed because they wanted to make it into a full application.
RNS 10th Sept 2020 states they have submitted a full PEPR.
"Their response was "Strategic Minerals have provided updated documents/reports in response to the government’s request for further information. These documents are in draft format and are currently being revised by the government for adequacy, with the formal MPEPER 2020/032 submission to follow".
Required information requests are classed as formal submissions, I took this as meaning because SML had only given them a few documents at the end of March, that, until they received all the documents, it was a draft not a formal submission of the required further info, SARIG was actually updated immediately they received all the missing documents on the 9th April.
I have a gut feeling the PEPR will be granted tomorrow or early next week, if not then they will probably miss their flexible target.
Thanks for the information Lupi.
if thats the case Lupi, DVH was mislead, either way its open to interpretation, im never a fan of unofficial information
My mistake that should have read "formal submission has been received", as SARIG has been updated (as stated by SARIG "SARIG will be updated once the formal PEPR submission is received".).
Nice to have you posting Lupie….one of the best on the board…
gorsuch/blacksheep15
I think you are mistaken. The evidence points totally the opposite way.
In APRIL I communicated with SARIG and asked "When I query the status of this PEPR it shows that there is an outstanding information request as per the image below."
Their response was "Strategic Minerals have provided updated documents/reports in response to the government’s request for further information. These documents are in draft format and are currently being revised by the government for adequacy, with the formal MPEPER 2020/032 submission to follow".
I personally believe that part of their response "SARIG will be updated once the formal PEPR submission is received." Means that the response has been checked for adequacy and approved. I think that the reason SARIG has been updated is that the Draft submission is complete and that the formal submission is imminent. This will just be a signature exercise as the draft is approved. This is only my opinion based on all available evidence. Any of you can contact SARIG as I did to confirm the process.
I did not realise that you could not receive personal messages.
