It is very disappointing barwick. Some parts of the Yooma business are actually very good but in hindsight some of the acquisitions were made too quickly and without certainty over the legislative landscape in the regions where they operate - I know they had no direct influence in Yooma, but this is something Ed & Alfredo keep banging on about. It comes down to due diligence. They really have shot themselves in the foot.
At least Lorne is consistent, he kept saying the same thing when at FFWD, share price is disappointing but we are working hard to realise value for our shareholders , ring a bell with anyone else :-)
Correction
Socati was all shares
23m @ 1.34 cad$
Socati have a 22,000sqft production facilty in Montana and have just bought another facilty in Kansas (Nov 21)
Definitely something going on there
Big swig and N8 was $2m
Socati $25m
The intriguing thing with Socati is that they have just bought (Nov 21) a facilty in Kansas so there must be a plan of some sort
Only here for leap as well. Others will be slow burners .
Perhaps Longlad can explain the discrepancy between MCAP & revenue? Interested to hear his view.

doggo, it is a mixed bag for sure. To be clear I'm not writing it off yet but to fail to acknowledge that they spunked $27M on poor acquisitions is a step too far. Where was the due diligence? FFS

I’m very happy to be holding 5%+ of this company.
I had high hopes too.
$57.3M and 3 of them are now seemingly worthless.
As part of its ongoing rationalization efforts, the Company has significantly reduced its operational footprint in the United States, where a lack of regulatory clarity around CBD products is perceived by the Company to be limiting growth. Operations at Socati, N8 and Big Swig have been suspended and certain assets have been or are in the process of being liquidated as the Company redeploys resources to jurisdictions where a more structured regulatory environment is expected to facilitate growth in the CBD industry, as well as in the Company’s non-CBD businesses
Pirate Flag how much did their acquisitions cost?
You’re correct in finding one of them O’Donnell.
