Today is not over. The shares may not yet have been issued. They may have been issued but not yet received in the new account. They may be in the account but the bloke in charge of TR1's might be at the dentist. Chill out. We know it's coming in a day or two.
First post of this thread
"1) The guaranteed news
- TR1 for the 10% "well known US investor", this has to land this coming week, shares are admitted on 28th.
- The final results, Monday 2nd Nov, we know the headlines from the Trading Update on 3rd Aug"
So TR1 lands tomorrow we are on track
AC, by all means express an alternative opinion, but not an alternative fact, the US investor paid a premium not a discount
"372,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value each (the "New Ordinary Shares") to a well known US institutional investor, at a price of 4.10 pence per New Ordinary Share, raising gross proceeds of approximately US$20 million (the "Placing"). The Placing was introduced and arranged by Stifel, and was conducted at a modest premium."
haveagoodday - I question whether we will get any good news this week at all alas I share some of your pessimism. Would SEE really offer so many discounted shares to a US investor knowing that one week later they would be releasing good news which would inevitably push the SP up ? This seems quite immoral to say the least - the long term shareholders would be the ones to suffer; their shareholding would be diluted whilst a new II picks up a bargain and made a quick few £££m in a week.
I hope to be proven wrong however, and as always I'm encouraged by the fervent chat on this forum. News or no news, the potential of this company remains and we just need to sit it out a little longer....
Sorry for the negativity so close to the results , but in my eyes dilution is a dilution , I have not noticed any great interest shown in all the other strategic placements ? we have had in the past , I do understand you can place spin on any statement , remember " its your lie , tell it any way you like " , as always , stay safe and have A GOOD day
Lost, this extract from the RNS suggests they would need to buy in the open market
Paul McGlone, CEO of Seeing Machines, comment: "This strategic placement is the first success in our strategy to attract new US-based support for the company and I believe this transaction will generate additional significant on market interest from more US-based growth-focused technology investors.
I hope they have to buy in the market if so, if we have enough working capital to profitability then why dilute our holdings any further.
S2020
I don't know for sure but it could lead to a flood of new investors.
A day closer to the "well known US invesor" reveal and we are up 7%.
Who is it I wonder ?
Pretty sure we will get the TR1 for the "well kkown US investor this week".
At a guess I would say one other RNS also
I have just re read all this and I would buy some myself lol
PM, lol
However even I can't cut and paste things that didn't exist 2 years ago.
Waw! 50 plus posts, I thought I was on yesterday page!
Thanks Seeing but I think you are not being totally honest.....I know that you know how to cut and paste because a couple of years ago you told me how to do it! :)))
Great to be reminded on what we are sitting on, and I have a feeling that we still might make it to vindicate your name and vision before end 2020, for a start!
I’m sure we all appreciate it Thankyou,
I’ve been here 4+ years now but rarely post as I’ve nothing to add but a decent amount invested, it may even get me a house somewhere more exciting than rural France.
Lost you make a good point re Trucks. I would actually prefer a DW with Volvo trucks rather than cars, the GSR applies to trucks and vans so they must do something soon enough and have wored with us on projects and trials
Lost, I was so excited ready to read the next RNS, thought seems they have so much newsflow they might issue one on a Sunday.
Lewbo's chart won't fit on the screen any longer
Someone can’t sleep last night, thanks for this morning’s reading.
The truck companies must be considering fitting DMS as standard for Europe from 2024 also, so a contract with Volvo, iveco, scania would be most welcome too.
A chip solution must be the cheapest and easiest solution for those too.
Lewbo, be great if you could post your latest chart if possible?
JC, appreciate your continuous posts on patents. The Hyundai one reads familiar about dms and V2V connectivity. Perhaps this is the way things may be going eventually , not only check the driver isnt incapacitated but let other cars know about it if he/she is.
Bud, I can just about type never mind copy and paste (whatever that is).
I hadn't even dreamt about a license deal 2 years ago, L3harris didn't exist, I had never heard of Qualcomm and I thought the R-car was a high powered VW Golf not a Renesas chip.
Lots has changed in that timescale, different game now.
You’re putting a good shift in this morning S20, were those all copy and pasted from your posts from circa 2 years ago...?
H, not a cloud in my sky, good day to you also Sir.
Good morning to all , we now are on the final Countdown to this years results , please remember my words posted a few years back about potentially and actually , as always stay safe and have A GOOD day
A Rail RNS
Are we still exclusive with Progress Rail ? Time for a win or an update
