CM's are not classed as material, therefore do not require an RNS. However, I think GB is a material appointment. My opinion does not matter to the regulators.
Chris11. Do you work for free? I thought not. Yet another silly dig by you. Mind you, it's been a while. You have a choice, you made yours. Live with it. Perhaps I'll think twice about the next SBTX freemans, and peeps will have you to thank.
I take a slightly different view regarding the communication of this appointment, if indeed it has happened.
I remember the days when Opti would seemingly issue an RNS almost every Tuesday (a slight exaggeration I accept but not by much) and it didn’t seem to speed up the development of the company one iota and it hardly ever moved the sp favourably.
I actually prefer the apparent approach of Sbtx, i.e. inform the market when something measurably important happens, perhaps once this new recruit has secured an important new agreement. I’d prefer that. GLA
anon3 I guess it boils down to whether Stuart and the NOMAD feel the appointment is significant enough to warrant a RNS rather than an opinion expressed by elric? It does not appear to have made much of a difference to the share price which would warrant a RNS, so I guess the former applies. Agree however, a Reach RNS may have been appropriate given the small number of people on the Skinbio payroll
Oh, sorry Chris.
Very true, it's an improvement.
AquaeSulis01,
I don't consider a commercial director an everyday employee, myself.
If that was the case, why has Elric mentioned it?
And it's still not the point. It seems you have more chance of getting news via social media and quite frankly, I don't do that rubbish and prefer to hear things from the horse's mouth.
And if it is indeed good news, why aren't the company putting it out there to keep the profile up?
It's obviously needed because people are complaining about it and imo they're missing a trick.
I don't really understand your defence of them over this, but hey ho.
An interesting question Belgrano, but do you mean will we have a Marketed Big Launch or a soft big launch without the need to market? The Pre-Launch Registration wording does hint at a first come first serve approach to supply so if pre-registration is looking like it exceeds initial supply availability at launch, then might explain why there has not been any visible direct marketing on the Psoriasis Societies websites yet.
"Our plan is to launch AxisBiotix-Ps™ before the end of 2021 (sometime in Q4). We will be limiting supply, at least in the initial stages, to both manage our supply chain and ensure subscribers are certain of regular product supply. Please complete the attached form to register your interest in buying AxisBiotix-Ps™ and to have the best chance of being in the initial wave of product sales. This is not a commitment to buy from your side and equally (regrettably) we can’t guarantee supply so the sooner you register the better!"
Anon, a company does not RNS every employee appointment they make only Director changes to the Board!
Will we actually have a big launch??? Reason I ask this is the number of those expressing interest outnumber (err probably), amount of product available, so just reply via e- mail, to those expressing an pre launch interest first, and do the launch when more product available. Sort of sold out before launch..just like the i pads of old, and look what happened to their stock price.
anon3,
At least Elric didn't hide the info behind a paywall, so some improvement in the communication channel has taken place.
Oh, ok.
Who appointed him then?
I would have thought that was the board's responsibility, but obviously not.
It still applies though. News ought to be coming out officially and not via Elric, imo.
anon3, this was not a Board appointment so not a requirement to RNS it
"Have #SBTX investors overlooked a cracking big-hitting appointment? Geoff Bell of Shampooheads as commercial director."
No, it's just that we hear it from other sources before it's RNS'd
It's disgusting, if you ask me.
Thanks for sharing, Minded.
