AFC do have a mind blowing piece of new tech which is patented though and orders will be flowing in soon.
The doom and gloom merchant has been on then. He does his rounds on all the O+G stocks.
No more great news please we will be back in the low 20s at this rate. Same at Jubilee rubbish reaction to very good results
Look at AFC up over 100% in a few weeks, no customers, no contacts, no meaningful income- just sentiment. No ill will to AFC holders intended.
The trouble is nearly all shares are undervalued.
Very disappointed that this has not broken through 28p this morning.. and reminds me how hard it is for good fundamentals decent size Producer AIM oilers (and gasers) to achieve good ongoing upward price momentum.Hopefully this one will be different and it could be, in fairness.
Generally, I've seen various price predictions for the future here, especially recently and, while I'd love them to be true, I think the uber bulls here are at least being fanciful and at worst being delusional ( the most dangerous to your wealth posters on AIM are the uber bulls, far more so than the uber bears imho.. especially in this sector in the last couple of years.. eg AIM O&G bulletin boards are littered with many fine bullish calculations offered, the vast majority of which have absolutely failed to materialise.. it's a new paradigm sadly and historic valuations are mostly irrelevant imho)
PS: The prediction I'm most in tune with is Kalan's most recent:
''Very Short term - a little bit of weakness - opportunity to buy in - I am talking hours here.
Short term - 35p - a matter of days - to a couple of weeks.
Medium term - 50p - 6 to 18 months.
Long term - 90p+ depending on oil price and progress with drilling and financial results.''
I'd be very pleased if these shouts come to pass. And longterm I take to be 3+ years out. (I'd be very surprised if this is 75p+ plus in a years time, but accept if things go very well that it could be in 18 months plus time. For the record I'm mildly bearish the price of Oil AND Gas in that 2 year forward window, and that clearly feeds into my view here)
Fairly muted response SP wise, however, I'm well chilled now. Unless I'm missing something, everything is now back in SAVP's control, ie MC done, court approval done, signatures for the 7E stuff either done or at least legal commitment to sign, so (famous last words), 'what could possibly go wrong?' Our time cometh!
On the VOX podcast of 8 November Andrew Knott said after Court approval, it will take c2 days for the mechanics of the deal to be done, then we move into growth mode. Given the more aggressive behaviour of algo's and MM's today they may only have 2 days to try to push the sp down a bit. Buying not so strong as many will have taken positions in the past week. Excited about imminent news on 1st oil and drilling . I'm quite happy to wait for farm-out news - it needs to be the right deal and SAVP are negotiating with top quality advisors from a position of strength in my view.

SAVP update the market today following yesterday’s hearing at the High Court of Justice who were considering the appointment of administrators to Seven Energy International Limited which is a key step of the transaction. The request was duly granted and as such final long-form documentation with respect to the Transaction completion will now be executed in accordance with agreed steps.
For patient Savannah shareholders it is gratifying to see this important step in the process to clear final hurdles in the transaction and final closure must be very close now.
From posts on this forum over the past couple of weeks, isn't this coming Monday 18th November being suggested ?
Surely with the $10m tax due to be paid on Saturday 16th Nov completion of the 7E deal has to be tomorrow so that SAVP receives the $74m cash tomorrow to pay the tax bill. We will probably get the completion RNS 7am Monday morning.
Sometime next week for full completion, when the $74m lands, which coincides with the end of the VWAP games we will really start to see it move.
I believe it was Agdem who thinks there may be some additional positives in the supplement document.
And let’s not forget that as soon as this is finalised there will be news on Niger drilling/ farm out, possibly this month also.
We are now at the business end of this journey. GLA.
i guess we will have to wait a little longer
Great news
