Surely you would think that with a 27% interest in 737, SAR would be entitled , at the very least, to the details of any agreements.
Agree Afham
I alluded to this previously, the earlier approval and granting of patent for 1802 set a legal precedent, so easy for 1801 to follow which is clearly ‘associated’ with 1802.
It could still be a tweak of 1802 but either way it’s positive
GLA
Maybe overthinking. But think Steady us on to something 'associated with 1802' seen as Num4 points out 1802 is worldwide protected already.
Could be for 1801 as some similar profile- all very exciting.
Says "associated with" as it is referencing the other 1802 patent which has full worldwide protect.
Very true Num, our BB would have found it by now not alone would need to be RNS'd!
Sierra stink, think the sooner we get 737 back the better ;)
Hi Star. But it says 'with' Sareums....if it was the ipr holder surely it would say ''we'.
If you ever spot the patent assignee being changed then that is when we have uncovered something, but I don't think John would do that until deal.complete and therefore announced via RNS.
https://uspto.report/patent/app/20190350905
It definitely is Sareum. John has chosen to produce a specific for T-ALL, Tim has banged on about this for a while as I recall him getting tongue tied with the full naming. This could line up a specific license for this indication which supports the thoughts of multiple indication licenses and/or sponsored/shared cost trials.
What a spot SteadyD
Appreciate the link Star. I've read it numerous times and still scratching my head.
Would I be off the mark if my previous rambles re AZ and Sierra link up and my thoughts on dd mean that just possibly AZ via Sierra have decided to look at 1802?
Would that be a Monday morning RNS?
Regards Steadydanny
Steady, this is something Fadec is good at answering.
Ahfam what do you make of the wording in the 30th July RNS re the US Patent application re SDC 1802 'INVENTION'.
Excuse my naivety but who is working on 1802 under license?
I take from it that a third party has found something very worthwhile to pay for a Patent application.
I've read it numerous times and sure it's not Sareum.
Is anyone able to see who applied for the US 1802 invention Patent?
Regards Steadydanny
Jdos and everyone else for that matter, we are past getting excited over £80 to 150k buys and sells.
It will be the £300k+ buys and sells which will be indictive of major price movement up or down from now on seen as the 2 HNWI's between them have invested £3.5m+ just over a month.
Hi Zylo thanks for the explanation but unfortunately it doesn't look valid in this occasion as I have just been looking through Thursdays data and found this [ie it was a sell after all]:
Date Time Trade Prc Volume Buy/Sell Bid Ask Value
05-Aug-21 09:25:15 8.60 1,000,000 Sell* 8.60 8.80 86.00k
I also noticed the following three sells which were only reported after the market closed:
05-Aug-21 15:30:52 8.944 1,000,000 Sell* 8.90 9.00 89.44k
05-Aug-21 15:44:51 8.935 639,063 Sell* 8.90 9.00 57.10k
05-Aug-21 15:30:50 8.86 339,797 Sell* 8.90 9.00 30.11k
theres nothing "funny" going on, right now there is good liquidity in the market.
some peoples brokers are better than others, and can get better prices, thus confusing whats a buy and whats a sell
Hi Krone, something funny was going on around that time [9:14 - 944] as the Bid was shown as 8.4 and the Ask was 8.7 and I tested the Bid price by offering 10000 shares to see what I would get and during that time it was 8.6. I eventually sold at 9:43:27 for 8.6. This was part of my trade confirmation note:
Order Type: At Best
Order Quantity: 10000
Deal Date: 05 August 2021
Deal Time: 09:43
Settlement Date: 09 August 2021
09:25:15 8.60 1,000,000 86.00k [recorded as a sell].... looks more like a buy to me given at the time the mid price was 8.5 ... and also the reason it then jumped to 8.6
Could be there are some big sells we are not seeing eg:
09:25:15 8.60 1,000,000 86.00k [recorded as a sell]
Being issued like confetti…..and nothing on SRA737….
