My main capital here is LTH but my LTH is 18 months many less than yours. I say it as it is invested long or short Arsenal it’s been very easy to see just using common sense this was going down. Very little ATM to push this up. I have opened a short also at 101 if it matters to you but that is because I know it may go down further but short 6-12 months this could have legs as we have seen in the past.
I have share save , a LTH and opened a short Arsenal, so fingers in all pies here
Yes I appreciate that solid snake, but that's contingent on it actually picking up. To vaccinate and revaccinate for every resistant strain takes at minimum, hundreds of days per country. Even at the current fastest rate (which america is achieving) of 1 dose per 100 pop per day, a two dose vaccine takes 200 days to vaccinate the full population, and 100 just to do the most vulnerable 50%. Most countries will trail that pace for a long time yet, and will take years not months to vaccinate a meaningful amount of their population.
Don't forget just 1 month ago UK was still under national lockdown due to UK variant spreading like wildfire. Things only started opening up slowly
And that list excludes countries with already high numbers, but are relatively flat, and not rising - like Brazil and the US .
not denying what you are saying Kando, but cases are high because vaccination haven't picked up pace. So once countries ramp up vaccinations then automatically the curve will go down like we saw with USA and UK
Except that's an almost baseless statement. If you ACTUALLY look at the rest of the world, it's not looking all that fantastic elsewhere.
A list of countries with rapidly increasing cases:
Germany
Turkey
Columbia
Argentina
India
****stan
Iran
Japan
Malaysia
Thailand
Indonesia
And there are many others on that list, but those are the bigger countries with precipitously rising week on week case numbers.
Please remember that 1/3 of total cases are from India... If we will look at the rest of the world, situation in not so bad and will improve accordingly to vactination progress. I think that H2 will look much more better.
Yeah, insane. How could it not return to normal when a border closing global pandemic has just exceeded daily case highs?
Some analyst giving a talk on Bloomberg just now saying International Air travel won't be back until 2022 which is insane imo.
Breaking news , Rolls Royce has meet new target of -90p says me lol . Got to laugh sometimes rather than taking this s*** to Seriously lol
Red your beginning to sound like a day trader mate. I think long term holders are only looking forward at present as the SP is to volatile at present, all this daily banter about where the SP will be this week or next is not relevant ,let’s see where we are in a year or two eh good luck when you going to Spain ! not in the near future !
I have been saying it’s on a downward trend , 96p next support then 92p bottom
All these things you were warned about 3 weeks ago, but chose not to react to. In fact many on here were actively and aggressively hostile to having the information posted.
Now yes, all you can do is hold. A cautionary tale against wearing rose-tinted glasses in a darkened room?
No need to panic!! These are just fantastic opportunities to buy!!
its crazy how volatile or wildly these stocks react based merely on speculation. The list is not even out yet :/
The full list of banned destinations has not yet been made public, with guidance for each individual country expected next week, however, it dashes hopes for the introduction of a UK-US travel corridor from May 17, when the UK Government intends to resume overseas travel.
The UK is due to confirm its "green" list of countries on May 10, with the US expected to be one of the few places Britons can visit without the need to quarantine on return, but there has not yet been any official confirmation

The US has added some 130 countries to its Do Not Travel list, accounting for 80 per cent of the planet, raising concerns the country will not open a transatlantic corridor with the UK in May.
