So you are saying 2p. That's what I thought but with my discussion with you I have educated myself a little further on warrants.
That is wrong apparently.
Warrants better than placing imo
Double what they paid for them! So no wonder they could/are selling
That probably should read flip their warrants at a sp of 2p.
Thanks
Of course if it makes you feel better I can agree or just keep quiet.
Question if one of the warrant holders at 1p were to flip their warrants at 2p how much would the flipped warrants value be?
I am not arguing the toss, I have a view different to yours. I am putting my view to you and listening to yours. I then research what I can and learn.
Sorry if you have a problem with that.
Parkez if your going to guess thats fine if your going to argue the toss no worries, but sit down go through the RNS's do some calculations and come back with some numbers.... I aint after a barny with you! It is what it is, there is an overhang to clear and imop it will clear next week allowing the share price to move up.....
Parkez you would sell shares because firstly you need the funds to exercise your warrants, secondly you would want to secure some profit. Thirdly is about risk management and over exposure, if your a professional investor no matter how much of a sure bet something looks your not going to be a rookie and over expose yourself. The likely holders those shares are professional investors so they will have a strategy to maximise profit whilst keeping exposure low. It's good business.
Ok if we are going to play the guessing game.
Dec 3rd when we first hit the 2p mark.imo this is a good point for a basis of warrants being flipped.
Dec 11th RNS stating 15m exercised...but by solace calculations on dec 12th the remaining 100m have been sorted.
One is us is way out.
Parkez lets see next week :-)
Solace,
Do you know who the holders are? Do you know how many there are?
How many are selling, how.many are waiting?. You are making predictions on no facts at all.
Volumes on track to clear any overhang next week just in time for more results and a xmas BoooooM! GLA
I reckon we need 200-300m traded from today to clear........
So if I was a warrant holder.
I would probably be holding shares at 0.3p in a raising potentially mega rising share which I purchased and warrants which were given to me that i call sell and take circa 100% with no capital outlay.
Just why would I sell the shares...better to have the shares than warrants.
The 116m placing shares are only as relevant as any other holders.
I think you should have added to your post Del boy...."This time next year we'll all be millionaires"!!
£2 a share bring it on. Lol
Sorry 2.00p a share:)
£2.00 a share?!! Happy days ??????
It is clear to me the warrant holders are selling in sizeable volumes . Why wouldnt they. A warrant holder does not hold the same rights as a shareholder in a take over situation
The co wants the warrants cleared early in the new year and could instigate the accelerator when we all are back from the xmas break . As soon as you see the share start to close above £2.00 a share , it will be clear to me the MM and the Bod are happy that tge majority of the warrant holders have been cleared and the BOD have received the majority of income from the exercise of share warrants , c£1.1m to fund 2020 company activities which further strengths the company as a cash rich explorer
D.
my top up of 1.92p looks like I may have got it cheaper if I waited but at somepoint this will fly so still happy I bought at that price
See that’s the sort of figures we need.. shouldn’t be too far
Parkez of course they are included thats not the point! They are on the register and are most probably being sold along with their attached warrants which is the overhang suppressing any rise! I make it we need volume totalling over 1.3bn to churn them + there are other warrants out there so could need 2bn+ so far since the 26th Nov RNS that kickstarted all this we've seen 1.8bn shares traded so potentially very close to clearing and then moving on and up........
Parkez I dont think understand what solstace is saying. Those shares are indeed in issue, however with such a sharp rise and the risk now of the holders of those shares having to stump up a considerable amount of warrants the majority of those placing shares that came into issue are probably being 'churn' or sold in simple to terms to suppress the share price order to firstly avoid the accelerator clause being trigger before they have funds to exercise there warrants and secondly in order to raise the funds by selling their placing shares in order to exercise said warrants. They are at a 500% profit but now stuck in a catch 22 where slowly selling through their placing shares to maximise there profit means they will me taking money of the table and giving themselves funds to exercise their warrants. In essence they are maximising there profit and taking cautious risk management not either crash the sp or trigger the warrants early and over expose themselves or lose them. It's not hard to work out by the process action and the convinent way sells keep equally matching buys.
A more simpler fact is mind boggling news isn’t shifting this.... there is most definitely a lump to to move or with this news feed we’d be dancing.
But solstace it is not fact, you are implying their are 116m (not 166m) PLACING shares to be churned through...when in fact these are now included in the 553m issued shares so the placing shares are no more or no less relevant than mine or any other holders.
Your post is irrelevant as you dont know if they sold or are selling.....My post simply highlights the overhang we need to shift before this will rise! No de-ramp just a statement of fact!
