As I said maybe yesterday, lets all pray for a rose in CU price, which is possible given predictions of CU shortage. That could put a different complexion on this mess
I just have a feeling that this is going to get some form of offer! I will be interested to see who has been buying up all these shares at these prices!
A JV LEW82? Had crossed my mind
I don't see how they can raise rough through a placing, what they need is a quality long term finance partner.
@Smartpunter very true! Its a very open ended RNS As they stated;
At this stage, it is not certain whether the capital will be in the form of equity, a restructure of debt, or a combination of the two.
Further detail will be provided, alongside or subsequent to the release of the half year results.
Averaged down, there may not even be a placing ffs.
Bought at 13:15 25K shares only at 7.25p. Use HL too but had no problem buying this time. GLA, Dan
I had to set at best as I couldn't get a live price! Executed at 7.45p
also just averaged down. Have got my ave. to 15.5p, not great but that is it for me. No more cash. 50K shares held, started buying early 2021 and remember buying at nearly 45p mid Nov 2021. GLA, Dan
to average down, and can't even seem to buy on HL
Small shareholders only have their small vote. However why would the large shareholders accept a lowball offer!
I have averaged down again as I have sold out of Made! I thought this has a lot more chance of bouncing back at 7p than Made does! So sold at a loss there and put more into here and managed to now average down to 12.12p GLA
Anyone know what protection small holders have against a low ball offer being accepted?
Can’t wait really this is amazing really is. I can’t say to much but am happy for first time. Not financial advice
the placing news better be good or there'll be another rush for the exit!
gla.
This is point I be top 1 percent I bought abit just in case this around price am cool with at moment. But if it hits target of 5 or 4 then I tell u all how much I put in double down not final advice
Saleable copper and gold from H12022 was 2634 tonnes of copper (ca. £6000/tonne) and 1069 OZs gold (ca. £1400/oz). Very basic calc. giving £17.3M revenue (nearly £3M a month). MCAP now £11M. If Rambler are struggling then I dread to think what other small cap stocks are going through (VAST?). Ridiculous drop based on woolly RNS IMO. GLA, Dan
Ye! But I cannot imagine the Shareholders being happy about it! I averaged down to 13.2p but others havent and they will be very annoyed with that kind of offer!
Well its at least 5 times our current market cap!
It certainly shouldn't go under with recent articles suggesting billion pound copper mine on Rambler's site. So is not about the assets, or is it more about who eventually owns this valuable asset. That's what I thought 15-17p could be low ball offer and take it private?
@TGrus - I know it will recover that is what I was trying to say! The market cap is ridiculously low! Considering assets are £114 million and debt around £20 million - I can really see a low blow offer from someone at 15p!
$75 is an awful lot of money lol
Thats not including the cost to set the mine up! Look at Hammerdown Gold Project it has cost them $75 just get things up and running!

-Exploration companies spend 5 x the current market cap trying to find a mine half as good as this!
$1bn worth of mine/assets selling for £10m market cap!? This will recover, even if their mates get cheap shares, Rambler will bounce!
