@ wolvesposty.
You were the one who said you finished early.
No wonder the share price is falling.
It's because of time thieves like yourself!

(hey you can get full pay for that mate if on sick) I as a 5hr per day employee not full time like you.. does not get chance to finish early!!!! Unfortunately, you are the one that cannot comprehend what you have written.
cumon nobody works over.... in fact they make an hour or so and you know it..""
So to clarify: IN FACT THEY MAKE AN HOUR OR SO AND YOU KNOW IT, excludes you. Oh I get it.
You talk a load of bull most of the time. But this time you really have surpassed yourself.
ispy I await your apology as it seems you cannot comprehend what I quoted?
ispy I said and I quote" cumon nobody works over" did I say I worked under? no!!!!!!! some easy jobs finish at 11.30... me lucky to finish close to time......you are the ones stealing time...… mail falling.... less to do in morning.. ie prepping part timers jobs(not properly by the way). off out the doors before you should be...….mate rico has got yours and the likes cards marked and you running scared
@ wolvesposty.
So because you're on a wallington, you never work Tuesdays? What about the weeks that you're not on your week off?
Your 16.34 post again.
""ispy what time do I finish on a Tuesday? cumon nobody works over.... in fact they make an hour or so and you know it..""
What does this imply?
You are stealing time from RMG and shareholders.
I'll say it again. You berate your colleagues for finishing early and then do exactly the same.
Hypocrite!!!!!
ispy I am on a rota week mate...ie week off not at work... but please do tell me how I can do the same job as you in 5hrs and you get paid 7hrs 40 mins for same job?
@ wolvesposty. 16.34 today.
""ispy what time do I finish on a Tuesday? cumon nobody works over.... in fact they make an hour or so and you know it..""
ispy I have never finished early???? go to my posts and copy any statement that states it!!!!!!! I work and finish... if I go over I book overtime.... if over by @ 7/8/ minutes I do not bother to book as I call it swings and roundabouts..... please, please show me where I have stated that I finish early....
@ wolvesposty.
"""ispy its because of p.r.i.c.k.s like you we in this mess...…. end of...."""
I'm not the one finishing early. You're the one on here that openly admits to finishing early, thereby robbing shareholders and the company of time.
END OF!
@ Broch. The recommendation is that your break is taken in the middle of your shift. You are allowed to take it 2 hours after your duty starts, but not before, and not within the last 2 hours if its your full break.
broch legal requirement is as such! break allowed UNPAID after 4 hrs work in a shift... we at royal mail have the best mate paid breaks and a chat with the cwu...….. and want to destroy it....
Regarding breaks the working time regulation states that if you work more than 6 hrs you are legally entitled to a 20 minutes break. Your break should be in the middle of your working shift.
A full timer gets 40 min break so they can stipulate that 20 minutes are to be taken prior to going out on delivery. The other 20 min should legally be taken mid way through your duty. The agreement between RM and CWU however states that the final 20 minutes can be taken on return to the office. Hence why folk finish 20 minutes before their official duty time rather than sitting in the office canteen.
ispy its because of p.r.i.c.k.s like you we in this mess...…. end of....
ispy you quote"@ wolvesposty.
Errrrrrr? The part time ones in my office.
I don't give a **** about your full timers! Why would I?
YOU FINISH EARLY ON TUESDAYS. YOU'VE ALREADY ADMITTED IT.
Its because of early finishers like yourself, that outdoor actuals are being used.
No more finishing early for you in the very near future." you been drinking mate??????????
