ispy wallington week= one week off in six... my rota week mate... not long before we lose it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@ wolvesposty.
Errrrrrr? The part time ones in my office.
I don't give a **** about your full timers! Why would I?
YOU FINISH EARLY ON TUESDAYS. YOU'VE ALREADY ADMITTED IT.
Its because of early finishers like yourself, that outdoor actuals are being used.
No more finishing early for you in the very near future.
tell me ispy a contract that starts 8.30? ie bag carrier.... no where mate.. we have full timers that hate working with 9 oclockers so they say as they cannot get down pub for 1pm
ISPY I AM ON WALLINGTON WEEK.. went to gate meeting yesterday to have a look....was 8am.. and no 25hr contracts start until 9am!!!!!
@ wolvesposty.
""So you finished an hour early today?""
I'm sure you realised that I meant yesterday!
@ wolvesposty.
Legal requirement is 2 hours.
I start at 6.30 not 9.00. Our part time staff start at 8.30.
Our meetings are usually at 8.30 onwards.
Your just talking nonsense again.
"""" cumon nobody works over.... in fact they make an hour or so and you know it...….""""
So you finished an hour early today?
Isn't this the very thing that you berate your colleagues for doing?
Hypocrite!!!!
ispy is that not what you are fighting for but hey when it suits me....pmsl
so ispy then you guys that take the 40mins before you start work are working unsafely during the following 8hrs?
ispy how can you take a meal relief break before you start your shift? is it not a legal requirement to have a break after 4hrs work?
ispy what time do I finish on a Tuesday? cumon nobody works over.... in fact they make an hour or so and you know it...….
ispy behave...…gate meetings at 8am most posties wasn't bothered... now I will give you one for nothing... we have loads of posties( cwu members) that do not start until 9am and totally disregarded by the cwu as shop steward/rep was gone before they arrived.....how rude?
@ wolvesposty.
More inaccuracies, but as an anti union postie you probably are not aware of the following. Any time for CWU meetings comes out of your meal relief. Should the meeting go over 40 minutes then that time has to be given back.
And FYI, there was no meeting in my unit yesterday.
What time do you normally finish on Tuesdays?
I finished my round 10 minutes early but done some sorting until my time.
briefing yesterday boys and scamp,ispy,200 etc will tell you...gate meeting yesterday from cwu at most branches.... most posties was on way to delivery or not bothered so low turnout..... Tuesday is a quiet day and very easy on a round... ask ispy who strolls around for £30k a year? bet he was there and why not...££££££££s still paid to attend cwu meetings!!!! joke in my opinion. own time fair enough...changes are going through thick and fast...….cwu cannot stop progress now like they have for years protecting jobs that are not viable...come on rico
