Boboil , once a fake , always a fake. Garbled will always fake it , he's obviously living a dream. A leopard never changes it's spots .
Who cares other than you?
Apparently you do from your last post about Falkland Investor
It took you just 8 minutes to start caring !!!!
The power of suggestions eh

Here comes the SUN
Hey Garbs , whilst you're here , how does Market Dealer trump Falklands Investor ? It's all in the name as they say , what attracted the change in your transformational name?
Covgaz,
Calm down ya Kit Kat...IMHO

"I just took The chance though really hold a lot in 3's."

Bluehorse, I don't know cos I have no position on Igindex for long time.
All my holding(s) in the F.I.'s oilies are in shares. I didn't apply for the OO
Cos I felt the sp may go lower than 7p (was right), also, was worried if
The OM results were issued during the OO. I just took
The chance though really hold a lot in 3's.
Will use Igindex when I think it's worth while to open a position (long - short).
Market Dealer
Please excuse my comments before I make them but back in the olden days we all knew where we stood when you called yourself Garbled, and I think I speak for some on here that very occasionally you were entertaining with the one legged Pete type thing
Therefore why not change your name back to something very similar to Garbled so that we all know where we stand
Market Dealer has a ring to it that you might know something or indeed that you work in the industry
It would be great if you could oblige and use an obvious pseudonym and start the stories up again just for old time sake
Who knows it might stop everyone digging at you

I love the song”liar liar pants on fire……” or Fleetwood mac. Little lies…. IMHO. DYOR. Just another few lies and a good feeling matey.
Lt, sincere apology if reply was incorrect, clever *BlueHorse * knows better.
Tbh, I didn't take part in the OO/Warrent...etc...thought bought few at sub 7p.
If OM is bad news then the sp may go sub 7p again....if it does, plenty of cash is available
To add more....ATB
I love the song *I got u under my skin*.
FYI :-
I never lost money on the falkland's oilies since 2008 apart from
Oil/water (lost nearly £175k most of it was existing profit)....
My reply is a rough estimate. Does it matter if the warrents are
2m or 1.98m or 2.05m, does it ?
No. Of shares before OO
No. Of shares after OO
Divide by 8 = No. Of warrants
BEFORE OO = 458,482,117
AFTER OO = 580,317,053
DIVIDE (any number combination (add, subtract, multiply) of your IQ choice) BY 8 = utter poppy****
its hardly surprising after all these years this numpty is still losing money
CORRECT answer to your question LR is of course as per the details laid out in the RNS
"As a result, the Company has raised in aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$10.4 million (£8.5 million) pursuant to the Capital Raising (including pursuant to the Placing, the Subscription and the Open Offer) through the issue of a total of 121,834,936 New Ordinary Shares and 60,917,237 Warrants"
ergo it's 60,917,237 warrants with the option to exercise (or not) @ 9p a pop
IF all of the warrants are exercised the total number of shares in circulation would then be:
(580,317,053 + 60,917,237) = 641,234,290
c'mon Essex its not rocket science
but then again neither should be remembering just how many shares one 'claims' to be holding this week or how many different aliases one has operated under during all of those years
ain't that right Garbled :-)
Of course . Thanks buddy
La,
No. Of shares before OO.
No. Of shares after OO
Divide by 8 = No. Of warrants.
Do we know how many 9p warrants are in the system ?
