I also think a major part is the fuel supply. The kit is still needing to be sent from the UK as well. IMO as soon as the fuel is created then they will try and time the fuel, kit and personnel as efficiently as possible. The fuel supply I would think maybe linked in with the MSC trial as well , so yes we are just awaiting a green light go ahead IMO to move all items forward in unison.
Access to Morocco is not the issue, its access to the relevant sites. Until the customer invites us in we have to wait regardless what happens elsewhere.
1967 I’m sure everything is being done as can be be patient
But what I do not understand is that Morocco is not closed for business, so why can't our people go there? Every day things are being imported or exported, and with people travelling back and forth. Yes, our guys may get quarantined, but they are under quarantine conditions now, and mostly working remotely, so what is the dfference? And the cost of a private plane if they will need one, in the long term will save us money, as things will move ahead much faster than they are now. The case numbers too, are very low there compared to almost anywhere else, so I am really confused by the never ending delays, as our guys are not going as tourists lol.
As expected
We must be careful of the use of the word lockdown in these circumstances. See below
'This is the thirteenth time that Morocco is extending the state of health emergency since the measure was first adopted on March 19, 2020.
The state of emergency, which is not synonymous with lockdown, is a legal framework that allows the Moroccan government to promptly take exceptional measures against COVID-19. The measures include lockdowns on neighborhoods or cities, bans on travel, the closing of gathering places, and the deployment of military troops in cities if necessary.'

I expect they may change it for business travel. When does EID finish ?
Morocco reviews it's International travel restrictions today. Hopefully the borders will be open to the UK shortly.
