What it is, is the company complying with regulations, to report anything that is significant to the whole market. Anyone buying will know the need for funds, depending on the increased inventory necessary, the raise may be more than expected.
However, our own brand product expanded in to a gigantic marketplace has to be excellent news. Congratulations to Mr Ford for conducting this negotiation at a time when business travel hasn't been possible.
By-health may as well buy us out now as good to go. 5p my guess.
market seems to like this update. Looks more than a pump before placing this time.
Tiny MCap here still, if this gets going in China it will blow the roof off. Just hope, as the RNS says, that this IS complementary to the By-Health deal, we don't want to p!ss on their cornflakes.
for a Monday morning.
No indication of who the distributor in China is but ....
"The distribution agreement announced today is separate but wholly complementary to the Company's work with By-Health" could it be connected?
So they get this news out before the placing.
· " Cash £291k at 31 March 2020 (2019: £326k). The Company raised £301k from a placing in December 2019 with new and existing investors at 0.40p per new ordinary share. The Group has recently completed a new production run for Fruitflow+ Omega-3 resulting in a planned increase in inventory of approximately £90k; based on its current level of cash the Company will therefore be seeking to raise further funds in the coming three months."
There is no shortage.
My favourite Wünder produkt Fruitflow is currently tricky to buy online. Looks like no UK stock so bit the bullet yesterday having delayed my purchase for a month and went international and ordered three bottles, 90 capsules in each, for £55 (including shipping). So slightly over 20p cost per capsule.
If I followed the recommended dose (I don't) it would be 61p per day, £4.27 per week. I go through them at 4 capsules per week - so just under 81.5p per week.
I may not be a "normal" consumer but as a former holder I do occasionally pop in to see what is happening to the SP and the discussion on the board. To see this thread was most amusing. To see the struggle to buy the product yet it wants to be mass market was like deja vu..... from 2016, maybe even earlier....
Good luck LTHs
By -health acquisition Life space online sales hit 70m Rmb (£8,000,000) on tmall ,not bad after such a short time . http://www.by-health.com/en/newsitem/36582
I'm with you on that one gix, looks like joining the dots on a blank page to me.
There is no mega trade that pushed the sp up.
All guesswork as usual, may just have been tactics to try and trigger a stampede. Didn't work
0.6 would be good as it's a little more than I expected but not seeing the connection.
Fundraiser looks like it could be at around 0.60 being roughly 20% discount to today's close... RNS on Monday...
I wouldn't want to be outta this at the weekend :)
So few trades, could mean anything.
Very welcome though.
Might see a late RNS or Monday RNS to say Fundraiser completed...
Zeus, still think you will get your 0.35p top up
Yep, well I'm not going to read the entrails with you. Think scaling. Each step brings down cost per item, increases margin per item. Need to sell a lot more, to buy a lot more. Constrictions on expanding market reach, to balance the need to keep costs down at this phase.
That's why the Seriburns of this world do us a favour, and By Health. Opens up a whole new vista.

Fair point, well made, wholesale was the wrong word to use.
But, if you look back at life before H&B when we were the only ones selling FF+, so the numbers were easier to pick apart, the reality was as follows :-
Revenue from FF+ : 73k
Cost of goods : 23k
Selling and distribution costs : 24k
So, our costs to sell FF+ were 47k on a revenue of 73k
Packets were being sold at between 15 and 20 quid, call it £17.50 on average, so, for every £17.50 of revenue, we had costs
of just over £11.
Of that, roughly half was cost of goods, so about £5.50 a packet

I knew i would find it again.
28 Jul 2014 From bodybuilding warehouse.
"The interesting thing with Prime - in addition to open ingredients profile, decent dosages etc - is the addition of FruitFlow. FruitFlow for what it's worth, is a crazy, crazy expensive ingredient. It's over £500 per kilo (no joke), and for that reason, has never been included in a pre-workout (or any supplement in the bodybuilding world. When you look into the science behind how it works, and not only the claims but the means behind how it works, it seems to make perfect sense if your goals is performance and recovery. It's also been shown to work with just 150mg, so as much as it's ridiculously expensive, you don't need a huge amount to get the benefits."

6,666 doses in a kilo = (more than) 7.5p per dose to a DSM customer back in 2014.
Would be good to get some up to date prices.
Bern,
I know you like lengthy posts attempting to sat out the business model of Fruitflow. But please, please, don't persist with your claim that Fruitflow packs cost a tenner wholesale. Please. All that does is show your complete lack of knowledge of how product pricing is arrived at.
If you look at it from the income we received from DSM in the last financial year , (£233,000) then at £1.50 for a packet of 30 capsules then that would indicate sales of 155,000 packets which is possible , if you take 1p a 150mg dose x 30 = 30p a packet then to get £233000 from DSM sales would have to be 776000 packets possible but unlikely imo
Kev
You're missing the point a bit. If Fruitflow's £350 / kilo ( and it might not be, that's a guess based on info that Gixer got years ago when it was £500 / kilo ), then that works out as about £1.50 for a packet of 30 tablets.
But any tablets will contain more than just FF, so total ingredient costs will be more than £1.50. Add in manufacturing costs, distribution costs, marketing costs and general overheads and the cost of getting a packet on the shelves soon adds up. Chances are the total wholesale cost of a packet of FF+ is in the order of a tenner ?
Then take into account that we're not taking a share of DSM's revenues of Fruitflow sales, but a share of their profits, and that theoretical ( aka guess ) cost of about 5p cost to the client per tablet for the Fruitflow in the tablet will translate into a much smaller amount of profit per tablet to be shared between DSM and ourselves.
But, as Wellsite says, if DSM shift enough stock, then it's all a bit academic.

You are wrong. There's are going to be a lot of people with post coved symtems which lour product should help
Provexis/DSM have blown their window of opportunity to mass market the benefits of fruitflow now and the anti clotting nature it provides. Why have they dont nothing in the past year with this amazing opportunity that was handed to us. We now have a vaccine on the horizon and therefore the opportunity has been lost. Utter clowns.
Gixer
totally agree, doesn’t really matter if 0.5, 1 or 2p a shot. A couple of million users world wide is all we need. However I’m with Wheelds in so far as I think we’ll be bought by ByHealth ( they wouldn’t renew the AA with DSM and hence get exclusivity).
