Supplying the Chinese military games, I like that one
James and James who do their warehousing and shipping. I'll personally take credit for that one.

You mentioned J&J. I missed that one. Care to elaborate ?

Wellsite...I can't disagree with you.. IF certainly is a key member of the team. In fact he is the only permanent employee. Should anything happen to him, and I certain wish no ill on him, what happens then?
Bella
from my perspective IF is a key member of the team. Without him I believe we would be in a much worse place than we are now . Others may disagree.

Cobalt.. IF lost a chunk of options as they expired before SP reached exercise price.
Cobalt.. He bought outside a closed period which is 60 prior to FY results. Question is, why did he not wait to buy in next Fundraiser to get a better rate. Unless news is going to break first.
You could ask what the £55K deal is about...
With the big military games next year in China would it make sense for By-Health to have some products available for state athletes... Just a thought.

Wellsite... Investors have kept PXS solvent not IF.
Not sure H&B was totally down to him, neither was SL or J&J.
Wellsite.. 'he could have gone with SIS'... No he couldn't...no love lost between him and Moon. Have you seen how many FDs he's got through!!
BB... His wife is Australian and he only does a couple of trips a year.. 8 weeks max. I assume there's no requirement as a UK company director for him to be resident in the UK so as you say it doesn't matter apart from the travel expenses.
Kievsy
nice one, combined we have a NI.
I’m a supporter of IF, he could have gone with SIS, he didn’t - tick
He’s kept us solvent - tick
He got BH on board - tick
Not sure about the enormous options being given out. Time will tell.
I plan to be at AGM. I’m interested in where the IPs are going. Tiredness elimination, arthritis relief, chemotherapy efficacy are areas I believe are worth checking out.

I meant that he couldn't buy shares if he knew that a material announcement was imminent. In the case of this Company the only announcements are usually about delays, non-event's or more fodder in the trough so he could probably buy shares at anytime and not fall foul of the regulations!
PS, where's that major user first promised about 6 years ago?
CB. DEFINITION of Close Period
The close period is the time period between the completion of a listed company's financial results and the announcing of these results to the public. The close period is typically regarded as the one-month period preceding the release of a company's quarterly results, and the two-month period before the release of its annual results.
So you own more shares than IF! Perhaps you should be running the Company and then we wouldn't be in the situation we are now.
CB, IF has done a lot of great work recently. I know the SP is not reflecting this but once BI-Health get the blue cap approval (fingers crossed) then everyone will be buying Ian a glass of champagne. Again, read the LAST 6 RNS. The clues are there. I am now on 12 million shares with two 1x million purchases this week. I am confident we are close to finishing post.
If he knows what's coming, how could he buy shares? He would be in a closed period! I suspect he's got his fingers crossed like the rest of us. Anyway, quite a modest purchase considering his remuneration courtesy of us.
And remember he knows what’s coming for pxs
Always welcome directors using their own money to support the company
... and now we know why. Ford's bought just under 17k's worth for his kids
BB
Pushing a few trades through the other exchange, raising the Bid.
Movement is welcome, been far too quiet of late.
