As stated below if the US and China can come to an agreement on trade then Global Growth will continue; and in my opinion with the Chinese company By-Health doing further research on the benefits of Fruitflow at its own cost, if the trade war comes to an end then the potential for By-Health partnerupping with DSM and Provexis or By-Health buying us out is all there. IMHO

Poochu.. No idea.. Only those interested in making an offer would know when and for how much. I didn't say it would happen my comments were based on if. BH are doing the testing and they know their marketplace and if they felt owning the FF IP was a financial advantage and/or a means to another end they like any one would prefer best price possible and to avoid possible bidding war with others. Again Its not a foregone.
Market value is usually the starting point.
Bella, the more you post about your conversations with IF, the more I'm convinced that he is a disaster and totally unsuited to this role. Perhaps someone with more experience and flair might have had more influence and impact. I too cancelled my regular subscription with Provexis for a short time when I obtained my supplies elsewhere. This went unnoticed without any follow up and so confirms the disdain this company shows for its customers; many of whom, if not most, are shareholders. I think it would have been better for us all if new management had been in place several years ago.

CB. IF kept banging on about PXS not having the resources for TV advertising etc.. I argued that they had managed to fundraise substantial amounts over the years and had that been done with a clear advertising strategy then perhaps they could have raised the necessary funds. Based on the above a gave him on several occasions a simple and clear strategy which was virtually cost free which (based on my own personal experiences elsewhere) would have resulted in not only a better informed and motivated customer sales force but also it could have been used as a means to talk directly to shareholders as they(again IMO) were their first tranch of customers buying the PXS FF+O. If always used the excuse 'DSM confidentiality' but again with a bit of savvy and clever marketing there was a simple way to get around some of this. All that said if there is a TO by the likes of By Health it will only be good for those who have bought in at these current lows unless it's something like a reverse TO and by some good chance PXS shareholders then become shareholders of the new BI Health company which maybe what Keivsky has been hinting at. Buck is now ex.. O'K is now a PXS Director and By Health already have the other key FF Aberdeen chappie back in their camp. IF is now main man on two fronts. DSM on the board still ("pulling the strings as always) and their shareholding was basically covered by their previous share sales so they're riding somewhat free. So you've got a UK listed company with multiple IP testings financed by By Health to get Chinese Health claim...etc etc... Chinese companies are always on the look out for overseas investments for obvious reasons and BI Health made to key acquisitions last year.
Caveat.. I can't say this will happen for sure but on the other hand one can't ignore the fact its a possible scenario. DSM would not object to such a TO if it meant they got huge FF sales out of it, no more profit share, customer protection in certain markets and their shareholding money back.

You are, of course, absolutely right the income from the AA does have to ultimately justify PXS's market cap. As I said, what and how DSM do it is up to them. PXS on the other hand have a great little set up and business model and have been strongly supported by DSM. IMO with a little more thought and planning, they could have directed a few quid and effort into working with and educating their customer base better and they might have been much further ahead with their sales and potentially in a position whereby FF+O virtually covered the majority of PXS costs. If nothing else it should have been their goal but it clearly wasn't. He couldn't see that in this day and age you don't have to spent the big bucks but you do have to show your face and engage with your customers which he won't do either!!!
in Jul-18 Month 25 they had around 2669 orders = £8,605 revenue
by Jan-19 Month 31 this had dropped to 2316 = £7,467
then in Feb-19 Month 32 3045 £9,817 the H&B effect started to kick in
and Mar-19 Month 33 4780 £15,411 again H&B
It also took roughly 27 months to turn the initial stock...!!!!
Alf ...PXS launched FF+O three years ago (June 2019 being month 36) - yes I did perhaps try to influence out of sheer frustration, but most of the time he ignored my input - except for James & James. FYI I've been helping a 26 year old family member for the last couple of years and he now has over 80,000 online followers, has just signed a mega deal, travels, speaks and hosts seminars all over the World, is a paid Forbes contributor, attends and presents at COPS, is regularly on TV, Radio and podcasts etc etc...advertising budget virtually zero!!!...
Bern. Sorry that you regards chit chat on a bulletin board as lacking sufficient gravity. Academic it certainly wasn't, more a practical argument, Bella felt she had sufficient experience of advertising to think it a good use of funds, whereas I am much more cynical about it. Either way, I agree it would make little difference what either of us think. Bella thinks she should have influenced Mr Ford, I wouldn't attempt to.
Fruitflow + products could, in principle, become global. They are light enough and therefore transportable to any market. In order to go that route it would have been necessary to raise a lot of cash and expand the operation, and that isn't going to happen IMHO. So, we are agreed that Provexis Retail isn't the value adding part of the business, but would be a bonus if it could raise sales to, say, a few multiples of current.
Unsurprising that we are passing the time of day chewing the cud about it, given that there is a dearth of other news at present. That'll change at some time this month.
Guys and girls. FF + is a graeat producut.But will never make aus a fortune and never was meant to be. Bi-health are the game changer. They will make us a lot of money and will in the end take us over IMO. Why do you you think they are are doing all all these trials. Reads the RNS. The clues are there
You can call me a miserable old bar steward if you like, but Farmgal, Alf and anyone else debating different methods of promoting FF+ is purely academic.
If our share of the profits from DSM via the AA don't end up justifying our market cap as it stands, and hopefully a market cap of a few multiples beyond that, then the chances of FF+ justifying that market cap ( 6 million pounds as I type ) are far, far smaller, and, intellectually interesting though it might be, everything else is hot air.
Fruitflow is, from an investment perspective, high risk, but the risk / reward ratio is acceptable, but, even at ( say ) a market cap of even 3 million, FF+ is nigh on uninvestable as a standalone product.

Yes.. Done correctly it would have the desired effect... The problem is most are either very wordy...or too sales orientated. It should be about sharing with your customer some interesting facts which they feel comfortable share with their friends and family. I suggested one of the stuffers could simply say...Hear What Dr. Hillary Says About FF+O' then his picture and then a link to the video. Another could be the DSM video photo and link. The PXS business model is simple and as the sales are on a repeat order basis the compounding effect is huge if you aim for each customer just bringing on board just one new customer. This is not a one off sales model yet PXS treat it as such. I had to cancel my sub for various health reasons and I never once received an email from PXS explaining they had received the cancellation and asking me why etc..I mentioned it to IF but as far as I know nothing further ever happened... Customer retention not on their radar either.
Alph anyone buying FF is doing so because they want to and believe in it and they are your best and most willing sales team and should be nurtured and supported. They will crow for you given the right tools so they can help their friends and family stay well informed and healthy too.
It's not about DSMs FF business model as that's completely different and falls under the A A. PXS have their own sales model and its independent from DSM and they even got marketing support for it too and what after all this time have they got to show for it... They spent too much time trying to copy The Ateronon guys and moaning about how much they spent on marketing rather than being far more savvy. Sigh...
The issue with advertising has become more difficult year by year. The reason is a fragmentation of target audiences. How many ways are there to view a particular product these days, hundreds of channels, be it mainstream traditional media, online offerings, gateways etc, retailer promotions, and on and on. In my industry I constantly challenge people who try to tap my advert budget to provide me with value for spend. They can't, when the result of a campaign is disappointing, they simply say spend more. Provexis are strapped for cash, could they risk funds knowing that this may result in criticism. Every form of promotion costs a lot and delivers little. Stuffers in packets are an annoyance, asking consumers to do your promotion for you is certainly as low a cost method as any, but, unless the target market is receptive, would it pay its way?
Great idea but over the years you try these things to help drum up trade. I got everyone on to Sirco juice because I believed in it , had them all ordering through Amazon. Now I’m trying with circulease and I’m sure they just agree with me to shut me up. We really need advertising back up. A bit more of Dr Hilary. Perhaps.

I'm sure many of you received today's PXS FF+ email newsletter with reference to tdf and Wimbledon. I had many conversations with IF about engaging with current customers in this way as a means to inform with 'did you know' and the asking them to 'pass it on' to friends and family etc... I suggested they produce a simple info order stuffer which could contain a subscription order discount to be used by said customer or passed on to friends and family. I also said the aim should be to get every existing and new customer to generate one new customer. Why start now? It should have been done from launch..
The RNS delay may be simply down to getting qrtly figures from DSM. They were talking about trying to set up a real time automated reporting system for all their overseas offices to be linked into HQ.
Unlikely with the probable need for new funding soon ,should become clear after the next update .
