I do believe our Paul was at GGP and refinanced it too so put finance and turnaround skills with those PR ones. He does things right, professionally and maximises the chances of success via honest graft and application.
One similarity between POW and GGP (as it then was) is a charismatic CEO; PJ and Gervaise H know how to persuade an audience. That's very important; one needs a resource discovery, and one needs the right PR skills.
As Rosso mentioned with GGP, which flew from a 1p stock to around 15p in just 7 months. If the results from this one project alone comes back the way we are hoping, plus the other many drill projects and Ipo's on the way; I think definitely POW has a chance of reaching the teens as well
Good evening legal,
I concur wholeheartedly with you . The potential is there for POW to progress from here. I initially bought in at around 1p a couple of years ago so here's to looking forward to trying to reach the highs of 3.5p .
I watch the podcasts from my various investments and take into consideration the body language, words and tone used in delivery of the message being sent out . I have to say that PJ does put across a good message while George at PREM often comes across as not being entirely honest. However, POW and PREM have had a decent turn this week so far so let's hope it keeps going.
Remember the 20p quote anyone ? Here's hoping.
Enjoy the evening folks,
Hairy
It's good to see some familiar names here (Stout and Troajan immediately caught my attention). The first rule of sharetrading, is "every man for himself." But it doesn't work like that in practice; one's very glad to be in company one knows, and wishes to do well.
Yes, it's déjà vu. I've seen it all before, with GGP. And this time, I won't forget to sell, before the 70% fall from the top. Every man learns from his mistakes (with the exception of myself).
Best wishes to all shareholders, and to our CEO.
Just seen on the telegram group PJ is doing an interview at 6pm on stockbox
Hooray - i'm halfway towards my average here. Same again tomorrow please.
Can you imagine how PJ feels, 75m shares at .4p up is £300,000!!
worzel....and you've just ticked her up.
Just got in from cutting a bloody big hedge. Not paid a lot of attention to shares/markets this last few weeks. But today makes a nice change. Little acorns and all that. Best of luck all
Been there and done that several times wiltshireman. Oh the bitter sweet of investing.
Just like the good ole' days on AIM aand I mean pre POW. Made my fortune on a gold exxplorer on one day and lost most of it during the days following after taking a profit an re-investing. Nice to think I learnt from my mistakes but I probably haven't
Clucking Bells,
You lucky bar stewards!
Well pleased for you.
I would be crazy to sell now. I bought them for 2.5p.
No chance I'll sell for a long time yet
You'd be crazy to sell now. Especially when the drilling starts ;-)
Being offered 1.2 to sell on HL
I'll be happy to see it back at 2p to start with and get my head back above water, give it 2 to 3 months and see results from the cores about to be sunk into Molopo, ipo's, uranium results etc etc etc....
should be/ could be a very happy christmas here
Will definitely be holding until this reaches around 10p+
Some feeling the need to sell here. Shame, but suppose it’s good to get a steady build up in the SP.
Not that a LTH, bought 4 lots of POW, Oct 2020 Jan & Apr 2021 and Feb 2022 am still under water but beginning to be more optimistic, I didn't average down further under 1p as I have enough invested.
GLA
Nice 1.2p being paid
Easy Tiger, let's not count those chickens quite yet. This RNS was only a very rough indication, PJ could stick his finger in and find out the magnetic anomaly nothing but custard. Quietly optimistic is what we should be aiming for.
well done to all the long term holders here, not been an easy journey at all, vindication could well be here
