The flu pandemic of 1918 which killed over 60 million people world wide was most severe on teenagers - they had no immunity and WW1 left them short of food and medecines. Viruses mutate when they breed in infected bodies so finding a "one size fits all" cure is impossible.
Best wishes and GL to all
Woodstock
News just out, 13 yr old boy passed away tonight, 19yr old earlier and 21 yr female two days ago. All fit as a fiddle.
I only wish that was true. My sis runs an ICU in a northern town. She had to isolate until last weds but on sat I asked her how it was. She told me they had to ventilate 4 covids. I asked what age and she told me 34-57. No comorbidities.
I was talking to a lady last Sunday whom works in the Nhs. The 1% supposed healthy people dieing from Sars covik 19, are actually people with health conditions that haven't been diagnosed. For example, someone with lung cancer who isn't aware of the condition. So essentially the virus is attacking the ill.
Event 201 was more uncanny than Contagion film.
MB and MAN factories shut in Germany.
The Incas were slaughtered in their thousands by the Spanish because they believed the milky way. The Spanish arrived as it looked like it was separating from earth and they believed the path to heaven was being removed and they accepted their fate.......
The human psyche is flawed, group think, confirmation bias and history is littered with examples.
Testing kits only highlight presence of corona virus family not specifically bat flu.....
This explains reluctance to test key workers as 80% of humans carry a corona virus without experiencing an issue.
This has some way to go before being played out.....
TheTexan. Time will tell. Thats put it this way, I am keeping a full tank of fuel in my car with a couple of petrol cans filled.
I agree with Woodstock. Inflationary shock will follow all the shut-ins.
