Steven Mercer you asked if investors are going to hold long.
We have Covid 19 plus an outbreak of Swine flu in China and an outbreak of Bubonic in Mongolia + all the normal formalities of dying.

Not concerned about tomorrow or next week I want to see approvals , that to me is what derisks this share . Sales won't be an issue.
Well we will see tomorrow. If it doesn't, its not a major issue as it less cash/less shares in circulation . they have sort of budgeted for the OO not to be fully taken up. I read it as- its a bonus, we aren't really bothered. The fact that the larger placings were over subscribed and the directors got involved is V positive.
People need to ask : Are people buying the OO to make a quick buck ? Or are they doing it to invest in the longer term etc etc
Also Imagine if they didnt offer current holders the OO - there would be uproar. All those people that had bought above 40p just to see ODX issue shares at a 27% discount ! Its not great, so they had to do it.
They have given us a time frame of End of Aug to be producing 200K a week, until then you just have to sit still and wait this out.
I believe tomorrow, will be a blue day . closing around 42p
I appreciate what you’re saying Steve, but from the mouth/keyboard of Paul, he doesn’t think the OO will get near the anticipated figure because of the marker price.
he doesn’t care! He says it himself, the placing has been successful and the OO is basically the peace offering to the PI’s, who won’t take it now because of the SP.
Price is at exactly 61% retrace of the move from 6p to 91p.. good place for a turnaround

Did you not read the RNS from June 19 ? I suggest you read it. EVERYONE please read it .
I have already posted this today, The OO was so current investors could have the chance to buy at 40p as per the placing price.
UPTO 7.5mil. are available via the OO- so thats the maximum they can issue, if its not taken up.. Oh well ODX gets less cash (and less shares in circulation) . The placing of all the other shares has happened.
Directors have bought some of the placing 50, 000
Placing of 19,950,000 New Ordinary Shares at 40 pence per share,
Subscription of 50,000 New Ordinary Shares at 40 pence per share
and Open Offer of UPTO 7,531,100 New Ordinary Shares at 40 pence per share
http://www.omegadiagnostics.com/Portals/0/ODX%20Fundraising%20RNS%20%2819_06_20%29.pdf
• Open Offer of up to 7,531,100 New Ordinary Shares (“Open Offer Shares”) for Qualifying Shareholders on the basis of 1 New Ordinary Share for every 20 Existing Ordinary Shares held (with excess application facility) to raise up to £3.01 million.
FinnCap also did the placing for Synairgen in march, looks like the grim reaper for AIM companies.
Finncap are also joint brokers for GDR.... their placing was a disastar too
We might be waiting for PHE approval for UK but it would disappoint me if the sales team are sat on their backsides waiting for the phone to ring. Too much need and opportunity going on elsewhere that could be sold into while PHE dithers.
Finncap on the vox market on twitter have reported their best quarter ever... now thats a surprise....
Our mate Paul basically said they don’t care about PI’s taking their OO allocation.... makes you wonder, if we get any director buys or options being allocated announced to take up any shortfall?
If so, the FCA should be looking at this.
Chris, could the dog do it himself?, I`ve got a schnauser so some of the more intelligent ones probably could . We would have to design a fix so they could hold it in their paws, I`ll ask Colin King tonight, he gets the same bus home as me.
Whilst a snake can be domesticated, I was thinking that would be more of use in zoo`s. At Chester zoo they`ve got hundreds all to be tested twice a week £10 a test. Merchant banker work that profit out , if you can ! Now we`ve struck on a new idea we must write in to the BOD.

If that is the case then they should really consider pulling the open offer. After all if they are serious about looking after pi investors then they will. In terms of pr this is an obosolute disaster in attracting new investors. They could alays do a smaller placing further down the line if required. All this has done is to put any new investors off inmv. Im afraid if I was a potential new investor I would not be that enamabled by these events.
As for the house broker should they not be supporting the price until the offer is finalised. They seem to have done the opposite
I would like a volunteer to administer the test to my German Shepherd
I see design problems with the finger prick test for my pet snake.!!
With the pets thing you say its self administered do the pets do it themselves or do they need the help of the their owners ? Also will it be suitable for any pet gerbils, canaries, dogs or just specific ones ? Could it be rolled out to farmyard animals as well ? Could be big money there. What do others think ?
The PR company tells us that the open offer is not required by the company as they have sufficient monies and are confident in their COVID and other products. Seems about right to me.
He likes to pull your plonker, clue is in the name.
Filter is always an option.
But where will they put the probe miz ??
Ignore bullcox. He's about to be abducted by aliens and be severely probed.
40p support has been broken. This will drift down until AGM - save ur monies and invest at 35p later this week.
Patience is the key word
Sam tell me this is humour.
