It's outrageous. Especially when we know that one single trade alone was notifiable.
FX, since the 7th April theres been about 23% of shares in issue traded with no TR1.
It is a bit of a farce, just hope there's some transparency soon
"We're completely in the dark ATM"
It certainly feels like someone wants to keep it that way. Over 10% of the share capital traded in last 2 sessions plus whatever else got traded in total on the other big volume days and still no TR1.
Farce!
Big trades going through, what is going on! I want to know! Lol. We're completely in the dark ATM but could be a lot worse
Agreed filter, its a ridiculous system, especially nowadays its really easy for the tech to instantly calculate and notify without the individual having to do anything.
I know it's on the seller/buyer to notify TR1's but its frustrating when you see what's going on and having no idea, they really need to issue more fines for late reporting
Just an idea, but we had the 18 million sell(?) then the pair of 9 and a bit million sells yesturday. That adds up to close to Dan's holding. Is it possible he has dumped his stock?
Obviously this shows the importance of issuing TR1s on time so people don't come up with wild theories.
Either way, the fact that all the stock is being bought shows there is still an appetite for NFX dispite all that has happened.
Seems we're just the pawns in the bigger game as usual, no idea where these TR1's are.
At least we have volume which can only be good at this point in time in clearing sellers, hope we have some news soon to move things up a notch
51m shares changed hands today, that over 8.5% of the total float. The price has barely moved. This is the second such big volume in two weeks.
I don't know what it means but logic suggests that while are keen to offload big volumes others are prepared to mop them up.
We have had no TR1'S at all. Does anyone know of any special dispensation offered to buyers which exempts them from having to declare anything until they have acquired their target holding?
IF they are both sells and IF the 18m from last week was a sells, that COULD account for 50% of the placing shares moving to stickier hands already.
Might never know obviously, and probably just me being over optimistic lol.
If they were sells how are we up today?
Minx that’s true, there was a 9.6m after the bell plus another 1.6m
The 9 million was at 2pm Sound dragon and would be factored in to todays SP.
20m+ sells after the bell.
Indeed FX, we are all excited despite the sp not even getting back to where it was at the start of the year.
Fingers crossed there is something substantial to back this up
I'm not getting my hopes up until I see something solid, with a red dot next to it
Well, at least there’s something going on, more interesting than the low volume days.
All my fave phrases are appearing on twitter today:
- sellers out
- multibagger
They are Rampant!!
Relax, its an easy oversight as most retail trade AIM. Afzal gets a hell of a lot right but as always dyor. Path of least resistance seems to be well north of here now. New management and the news and chart seem to be aligning for another repeat of 2019. Sub 20m mcap is silly cheap, fancy double figures again. Atb
Afzal still thinks we're on AIM, how anyone can take him seriously is beyond me

Lovely VOLUME!!
Might see a big worked sell later, you'd think we'd be up a lot more than than we are judging by the buys.
Maybe you were right after all :) I do hope so.
There's a few 1m plus buys now, something is brewing
