Thanks Seadoc I think I’ll give shorting a miss it’s a horrible way to make money and very stressful. Hopefully you will be long on ncyt soon and your viewpoint changed. I would close out your short at 240 but WTFDIK lol
Who do you use to short seadoc? I don’t tend to do you spreadbet with IG?
Thanks Seadoc, yes I understand your point and probably should just get on with lowering my average!
Last trade £2.46....
just for clarification when the end of July arrives!
Exactly, excellent 4.15 Rns.
The trend started after, why the late RNS, why the directors buys?
Come on figure it out
Theres a seller, the board are aware there is a seller, They want them out asap.
As soon as possible dictates a huge drop but the board are helping with the volatility by dropping good RNSs but just enough info to keep volume high.
Keep saying...the large "buys" are sells...when they are out, the Excellent news will arrive and this will steam upwards.
Of course i have been saying this for a while....just got to wait for the seller or sellers to finish.
Remember the Warrants and the effect they had...
Anyone been in a Woodford share and there distressed selling!!!
Lets see where we are end of July....a lot lot higher than now. if not i will give up investing!!
Parkez not parked. Predictive text...
MS
Well parked don't keep us in suspense. What is the relevance of the 15th of April as the cause for the decline in the SP.
Only thing I can see.is the expansion RNS by NCYT...
MS
If you need the money and in profit I would sell.
I think the mid to long term prospects for covid revenue and then progression into an infectious agent and antibiotic resistance diagnostic business are very good.
So it's got sales to date of 120M with a mcap of 161M absolute no brainer at this level added thank you. And more sales to come in other countries.
It’s not looking good
When making a decision on to hold, sell or buy....
Remember this downward trend started April 15th...not yesterday or the day before.
Figure out why...it will help your decision making!!
Thanks all, I've got this in an ISA so I can't use the money currently anyway but it's just a bit depressing to see the money trickling away as (seemingly) every other stock is performing!
I think holding is the best option with a sell limit at a reasonable profit level!
Cut ur losses mate and run for the hills. The money makers left a long time ago. A positive rns according to the BB and its tanked. Imagine a negative rns and it be paper.
I wouldnt act on anyones advice and do what is right for you. If you need the money than sell but if you can hold then this will turnaround eventually. Its very uneasing sitging on losses so do what suits your circumstances.
Give Mandy from novacyt a text and ask her when we should expect this to rise.
Hold and buy more if you can, sales increasing, oversold, known seller and will return on the uptrend once seller is clear.
I'm in the same boat. Cant quite bring myself to cut my losses but the downtrend does seem endless. Any advice would be very welcome
I would hold if I was you, its oversold on the technical chart.
Hi guys,
Currently down about 35% with this which isn't ideal. Do we reckon it's worth cutting my losses and taking a bit which is quite substantial or would a long term approach be favoured here?
Any help welcome
