you must a eaten extra Brussels with your roast , spot on with your point about ugly posting all forums need all to post .
i agree with the point of the relationship with live nation but i think Melody have helped their ass ( but this was already in play ) . there are a few other bullets in Meldoys Barrel , which we will see played out . 3.3 no way !!!!
TS
Its going to be a long road i will go 3D and hope for 360 , but if they could there are some classics !!
Smurfs would be great .
I thought 3D is different from VR?
TS
Maxba
thank you very much , i hope they do as good as it gets as well in 3D . looking forward to the next few weeks .
Lordfont, you worry prematurely. The technology to produce 3D film from a 2D film image is alive and well
Some spiel on the matter at this link

So, should MVR actually manage to aquire the rights to say, Elvis Presley's 68 comeback special you could indeed watch it in 3D. Whether you would actually like it, as compared to your wistful memories, now thats a different question that nobody can help you with.
Hi Cra19.
It’s be widely accepted it seems that the Ally Pally venue is the London studio. With Wireless Connect upcoming I would not be surprised if you didn’t see anything from that venue until the festival.
Highly likely that recordings are now being undertaken for that event at Ally Pally. Just my opinion.
Alexander P have recently marketed their partnership with Melody so would expect the relationship to be built on after Wireless.... it’s a great venue and IMO has the makings for some very unique recordings...
Hi, do we have any idea when we'll see live artists perform in the UK studio ?
LowiePete
you have just shattered my dream of watching Live aid in 360 , looks like a self fullfilling story to me , i am sure the La/ny/Ap conveyor belts will keep up , if not i will suggest to them Bollywood ?
I wonder how MVR are going to record big-name artists dead long-since in VR? I don't believe the technology exists to convert existing 2D footage and would it be worth all the work?
The reality is that compared to Spotify and other music streaming services, MVR's library is beyond miniscule, and that is the main reason they have not yet "gone big" on getting their name out there. Without the CV19 intervention, there may have been enough new material gathered from the 2020 festival season to consider it, but only just. Why does this aspect of releasing have to be explained over and over again. Without a decent size library to fall back on, MVR could be seen by new users (who don't have any grasp of the business) in the same light as 1-hit wonders and that would kill both the tech and the company. In marketing terms, going too soon can be worse than going too late, but either are bad!
As ever, patience and allowing the company time to respond on the hoof are key. It'll happen...
hello A1EX. yes agree with that.i do think its important that we start to get some positive marketing during next week.i think they will have to start the marketing campaign somewhat earlier than they have in the past to ensure proper build up. i imagine that will largely be down to live nation in any event.
Hi Italian.
In terms of strategy, I would imagine that Melody are having to be very reactive to the global situation. I think it’s now quite obvious that mass gatherings are now something that we will not witness for the remainder of the year.
Will artists just ‘take time off’? Some will, some will not. More established names have no reason to IMO to stay relevant but I do however feel there are some artists that are almost about to peak that will have to continue PR to maintain their presence in a very competitive market. Like Matchett said, his phones been non stop since the pandemic broke.
Wireless no doubt is going to increase Melody’s profile. I feel the lead up to wireless is critical and hope the marketing commences with full force from next week....
Italian
Momentum is hurdling its way towards us -----------------
get ready for some big names
Elvis Presley
Michael Jackson
Jimmy Hendrix
Bob Marley
Mark Bolan
David Bowie
A1ex yes i can understand that. my concern and its only the mildest of ones, is that i feel it important to maintain momentum. obviously if we start to get significant announcements re wireless over the next few days, which i would expect and provided the calibre of artists is sufficiently high, which i am sure it will be, then all will be well I'm sure.
Alex
Question is do you sell at 20p or stick !
Agree Font. This will be Melody’s time to showcase exactly what it’s capable of. I know the SP isnt at a place where we all want it to be but this is the test of patience and I firmly believe it will be rewarded.
The ‘wait’ that is endured in startups is indefinite but look at where we are... It was only the other week John Legend did a Melody Gig... We’re at the cusp of great things about to happen. Not selling...... Just gonna keep building my holding. All good!
This wireless festival will be huge , its going to be world wide . the music industry needs this and the fans will be constantly watching it , nothing like this has ever happened before and nothing like this for the rest of the year .
i also think there will be a lot of A listers performing .
Cmon Melody i need a new car !!
Italian, Rob.
This ‘style’ of tweet was exactly what I was expecting. No ‘new’ LA Live gigs to announce because it’s being heavily used no doubt for the wireless content. Just a ‘page holder’ type tweet. Can’t wait for the tweets and PR campaign to properly ramp up. Expecting it to commence next week!
well i hope you are right. im not the target audience and genuinely welcome other views which i suspect are likely to be more incisive than mine.
Haha I was just thinking that's one of the best tweets theyve done!
i was thinking of commenting that no new tweets from mvr for 6 days, but i see they did one an hour ago.not sure its a grabber though.
