Well I will be happy if this is sorted out. But it is part and parcel of the game sadly.
Given the ongoing substantial investment Robert Keith has put in over the years, I fear he's about to get Cxense to mop up Mporium minus us (as it always is the small shareholders who truly lose out! (IMO). Based on his past performance with Opticom it wouldn't be much of a surprise. And of course good old Tom Smith and his merry band will still have jobs and loyalty rewards for their part! Let's hope someone publishes the untold truths!
I suspect this is the end. It doesn't look like MPM can pay the VAT bill if it arises. The time it takes to sort out the VAT issue could leave the company burning through its remaining cash before the takeover / fundraising can take place. Can't see the business coming back from this. Still struggling with this VAT issue - this looks like sheer ineptitude. And how come it seems MPM is the one that has got stung by the VAT where, I assume, it hasn't charged it and its supplying partners now have ?
Let's hope they sort this out pretty quickly. I find it hard to believe if MPM actually made a mistake in not paying £3.5M VAT for £18M worth of transactions. If this is the case, the BoD is not fit for purpose and heads should roll.
what i don't get is i thought this was a long term partnership that justifed giving away 30% of the company for and the revenue generated was going to be substantial- regardless of the hmrc claim there seems to be a justified case here for misinformation being given - seems highly suspicious
You never know it might be ok yet.
Sorry for the investors. I was watching this Co.
Make a mental note of their tax advisers. Give 'em a wide berth when investing or seeking tax advice. Muppets.
It seems a genuine excuse ( at present)
I bet the daughter is a bit p1ssd off!
Is this another AIM scam or am I reading it all wrong?
Not good!
Will move up with news. Which I hear might be sooner than later.
I’m also quietly adding and confident the crowds will arrive in due course. I’ve not got my target holding yet though so let’s keep this shhhh
I added another 500k at 0.4887p. I find it pays dividends to add whilst quiet. This will be on the ramp squads radar soon and it moves VERY quick. Still expecting a push towards 1p before end month.
Started buying back in.
Nice to see us turn blue . Things appear to be happening now. Gla
Someone must be buying up these large sells or we would have dropped imo. Looking good to me.
large seller
Codet- this is AIM and all you need is hope and positive sentiment! However, if you have a good business behind it - that with the previous can do more than you think!
Expecting some action here soon. Think we will see a big push back to 1.5p resistance and also the warrant price. Plenty of upside here.
It seems to be garnering buying interest today. I reckon news must be close
Looking forward to newsflow as can see plenty of it over the next few days/weeks. Adding where I can.
Can see this shooting towards 1p then 1.5p very quickly. Proper turnaround play and moves quickly
Come on shep, get up there!!
buys in red
Amazing when i bought these before they were nearly 6p - seems the company is turning itself around now Gla
