On the topic of positives, it was pleasing to read this in extract in Lenovo's FY2019/20 Annual Results Announcement (published May 20) -
"Smart Verticals combine big data generated by smart devices and the computing power of smart
infrastructure in order to provide more insights and improve processes for customers. The Data
Intelligence Business Group (DIBG) has expanded its footprint to win projects in the energy and
manufacturing industries during the fiscal year under review. Its healthcare and education virtual reality
solutions have also gained strong momentum in driving revenue growth."
What do tractor sellers based in Shropshire know about Dev Clever to pump in 3% of their hard earned £?
Eearlier year end means earlier audited accounts in readines for the earlier preparation for IPO, perhaps?

I wonder why and what the benefit is in Wehsop shortening their accounting year by a month to 29 February 2020.
Could it be time for institutional investors to start buying in?
Any guesses on the opening price at the bell?
Only Peel left at .12 now! Need to see the close at .11!
The only positive I can see is that he's about to step into a bigger enlarged role within Two Shields/Brandshield/Wehsop setup? One can only hope!

Anyone any idea why James Sowerby has resigned as a director of Weshop?
I'm sticking to the idea that we'll get no news till the expiry date on the warrants has lapsed! Then it's full steam ahead!
I think Chris Akers holds 62,750,000 of these warrants from what I can work out! And John Taylor 15,000,000
What's the chances the price won't rise above the .12p mark till after the 8th March, I'm not to clued up with warrants?
There are 500,000,000 warrants issued on 08 / 03 / 2019 and are set to expire on 08 / 03 / 2020 at a strike price of 0.12p.
It's a substantial number of warrants that's for sure!

Is Myshield on the Brandshield comeback for 2020?

thoughts anyone?
Given the ongoing substantial investment Robert Keith has put in over the years, I fear he's about to get Cxense to mop up Mporium minus us (as it always is the small shareholders who truly lose out! (IMO). Based on his past performance with Opticom it wouldn't be much of a surprise. And of course good old Tom Smith and his merry band will still have jobs and loyalty rewards for their part! Let's hope someone publishes the untold truths!
I think it's this company ?!

I can part answer my own question now as I see he was not appointed onto the board!
Is there anything to be made of Glyn Shadwell's departure. Could it be that he has completed his obligations to assist with the restructuring? As a novice should this have been reported to the market or will it soon be as part of a broader message?
