Rampers turn up then dissappear, the guys on this board have been here since the first dip and I think we all agree that we are here based on what we all believe is a genuine super share. Clearly these people buying 3-6% of the company know more than us , so I guess we all get a pat on the back for being in from the bottom
I don't think these guys are here to earn a 20% increase in what they paid... I think people are daft if they sell this now before seeing what they are backing into this. This could be a multi-bag very quickly IMO!
Fingers crossed!
Don't need use the r word. Keep the bb grown up.
Who ever wants to jump in they will jump in before SPAC
Alright Earache, hear you loud and clear. The second message wasn’t showing hence typing it out again.
The simple answer was we don’t know what the operating costs are as opposed to going on it being a total punt which these things are never a total punt.......
Anyway seems like the ducks are aligning with the RNS this afternoon.
The BB is for conversation, knowledge transfer and debate, not just the rampers and know it all’s.....
Good Luck
Could move fast
.33 paid
My research lead me to this also.
That would be key.. happy for them to be buying at these levels. Certainly explains the quirky sp action the last few days.
They bought on the open market not the placing so current sp endorsed
Spill some beans...
So in the last 7 days...
Raglan Road have acquired 4.53%
Christopher Potts has acquired 4.98%
Richard Edwards has acquired 3.7*%
and Sanderson Capital have acquired 3.004%
That's 16.294%
I think taking a punt on this has just got a whole lot less risky!
We should be sitting at circa £30m market cap.
4 x times from here
Just over 3% acquired... Looks like things are aligning nicely!
Not orph that's a separate company with a different future
Back in October mogp pointed out the advantages of cannabis stock , then spac opportunity arose and the company did a complete change in strategy.
My guess is the deal is in place and when spac is legal they will announce a reverse takeover
Its game time peopl

Rob, while that is clearly an exploding market, so is European tech. That's an incredibly certain statement / assertion you are making however.
Thanks. Are you able to point me in the direction of some evidence of that please?
Are going to be reversed in to Mountfield
Likely to the Cannabis play, based in Canada and Portugal
Importer of the flowers
Interesting play , with MASSIVE upside

What information has been released to make you think it's a cannabis company or is that just a guess? I'm not sure we'll know what type of business they'll back into this until they tell us...
Remember the target also wants relevant listed company operational and strategic experience, so look at the background of U.K. SPAC for direction.
I like the do you feel lucky.
To help further mogp watched the cannabis companies flourish, then saw the spac opportunity. Put both together and you have the plan. Your decision is will there gamble pay off ?
