What was this about?? Last rns price check, what trade triggered it
I think I maybe starting to figure this out maybe just a little? having looked at this info https://corporatefinanceinstitute.com/resources/knowledge/strategy/special-purpose-acquisition-company-spac/
I assume that means if we get reversed into or IPO occurs then we get 20% of the new company as founder shareholders? any thoughts?
A busy day elsewhere today missed this action - tomorrow I will convert my punt to an investment - how much of an investment ???? decisions, decisions decisions !
so for the more informed punters in here, who's going to gain from these big investors buying in? I would like to get an opinion on how this is likely to play out without more cash being stumped up by existing shareholders. I'm quite happy with my 2million shares but still haven't a clue what i've punted on which is very sad. I'm just following the big money for a change to see where it leads?
Ending the day strong so we may expect to see a firm opening in the morning
The exits at 0.33p and 0.36p were important. Almost certainly PIs that entered on day 1 at 0.34-0.35p that don't know what they bought. The stock didn't drop so those PIs will end up buying back out of FOMO. IIs are taking it up.
2mr...Hopefully back to 0.5 by end of the week...GL All OF
Slightly above 10%
Some interesting parties involved here, bought on low and holding GLA
Takes a brave soul to sell now lol
has 10% of shares traded today?
or have i got that wrong?
This far beyond a triple bagger, log in once a month to check the share price, this a complete hold and buy more where possible. Let the small profiters end up paying 1p to sell on for 1.1p 10% profit while your stake keeps doubling with every market push
Seen to be in the Cannabis market, and a major importer
Of the 350 SPACs launched, only 4 were in Europe with a group of early runners preparing for Euronext listing. MOGPs move to change to UK SPAC isn't just ahead of the pack in Europe, it is for London, meaning UK SPAC gets the best possible opportunities to take public.
I expect Zak will give us a word or two today or tomorrow
This has got to jump to a penny plus once they announce what they are backing into it... Triple bagger very quickly for those brave enough to hang on to their shares imo...
twice today. ATB
Like a rocket
Very few people are gonna let these shares go
A few weaker shareholders being tempted now to make a couple of quid... Seems hardly worth the effort!
.35 paid
As posted earlier - deal already lined up when suspended. So with a bit of patience we will see where we are likely to be going.
Resource, Crypto, Cannabis, who knows? But it could be exciting over the coming days/weeks.
I'm working on the assumption that they know something that we don't moniman... I'm simply following the smart money and hoping to make a good return off what they know. Why would they buy over 16% of this in less than a week unless they thought they were going to get a great return?! Need to be a little patient here but all good things come to those who wait... :-)
Mainly PIs selling at a loss from day 1 buying at 0.35p. Wonder how many other IIs including Sanderson will pick these shares up? Sanderson notified just above 3% - now free to buy up without further notice until 4%.
I'm still confused what we are buying into...surely if there is only 3 or 4 £million in the coffers, why are all these institutions buying in?
