Empee meant a RNS in February of Trading update for Full Years results ( un-audited )
Be good to know how the company's performing ; may do what other company's carry out quarterly statements but doubt it.
Loopup was very tight on news last year.
Think you will find there's news before the results on either partnerships or enhancements .... So much activity going on in staffing there's bound to be .......
Thordon, for the year ended 31 Dec 2019, a trade update was out on 24th Feb 2020, and the annual results on 29 March 2020. It is a bit optimistic to expect results in Feb ‘20.
With the surge in vacancies has come some renewed interest as noticed linkedin followers up by 50% in last month or so .... See Loop are supporting the ATP finals next week !!!!! Barclays were major spondors for a number of years so many other financial / legal corps attend or have become part of the scene!!!
My guess we will not hear much in news regarding Loopup , maybe some new pods news.
February looking the firm favorite for Full Year results.
Several of the jobs have been taken up the vacancy page , some new jobs been added as well.
R , this is being played by the.mms placing the fundys stake quietly into the market !!!! Once done we will magically see some exposure and PR which will wake a few up !!!! Likely there are some sidelined unsure of how commited companies will be to the work at home ethic ...... Well it's happened and there's only so far they can go back , particularly as covid is with us and never going away !!! Remember a vaccine is not a cure just a preventative strategy and to date the scientists have expressed the need for annual vaccination as a minimum
I'm with you both but would say the revenue stream has only just begun !!! As you highlight the NHS is a classic mature play looking to streamline and save , along with most of UK industry !! The significance of the 'Teams' conversion market is lost on most but Covid has provided a massive catalyst with loop on the front row !!! Result? Well the senior management are going to increase specialist headcount by 33%+ and with the synergies they bring the team's revenue will rapidly outpace traditional workplace Comms!!! Personally think we will see another 25% + next year with 2022 well over £100m
ragnarlothbrok , nice post have to say that Loopup are indeed different and not residential clients.
They have pies with the other main stream with there link up by phones , one that can be copied but in truth set up cost outstrip short and medium gain.
UK Government have enlisted Loopup as tier 1 and leads to Government contract including the NHS.
Let them sell this share down as for one will pick them up as a bonus
Hey Frac, Well looks like the market has forgotten about the working from home theme... any of the hedge funds who were in this for a covid play rather than the fundamentals seem to have rushed for the door. There is no doubt LOOP is getting a one off hit from this year and the consensus estimates reflect this. But there are a few things which indicate elevated levels of revenue and give me confidence for the foreseeable future:
- longer term, a majority of workers would like to work from home, covid or no covid. Indeed many people are leaving cities with the 'work from anywhere' philosophy becoming more mainstream
- a lot of companies are rationalising their office footprints with less office space and more remote working. Tech companies are offering full remote working
- LOOP has won a number of new clients from Covid, and we know how sticky the revenue can be and they have increased market share of the professional segment in line with their strategy
- 30% of revenue from committed contracts with minimum monthly spend guaranteed and average term of 24 months (13% at the start of the year). Covid has allowed LOOP to dictate terms to customers and this will partially protect the business from the disappointment of 2019. LOOP is on the path to a recurring revenue model
- an increase in economic activity means more minutes and more revenue
- business travel is likely to be depressed for some time. Airfares will go up and companies have become more accustomed to meeting remotely.
We may have hit peak earnings this year but still a lot to look forward to
Mc tomorrow May be too late for this dip with BJ playing down the immediacy of the vaccine and a number of scientists confirming until we’re all covered then no-one is truly covered until they know the half life of efficacy !!!!! However the bigger picture is collaboration and remote team working has been moved on by 5 years in 6 months !!!! A ‘C90’ loop fast forward
Brilliant news today with vaccine news !!!! That said typical blanket reaction has given a golden window for loop investors which I took !!!! The market seems to not fully understand the loop mission ..... oh well let’s see what end of year results bring !!! Debt free , Teams contracts , global growing footprint , possible .Gov nhs agreements ..... :-)
So we dropped 20% today. I presume the sell-off was related to the Pfizer vaccine news and folks deciding that WfH technologies are no longer worthy of stock holding? If so, it's a crazy over-reaction - albeit not atypical of AIM - and an opportunity to top-up. I've been stuck in (irony alert) Teams meetings all day so not had the chance to work out any tactics.
Who dropped there shareholding

yes well noticed Frac
The specific upscale in Australia is very interesting
I hope so.. they have messed it up in the past and over recruited roles (2019) before the revenue materialised. Different times now though with some huge structural shifts taking place. We could use some news of a juicy contract or two. It seems unlikely we will get a trading update until January
When Novacyt was much lower than its current share price and the company was not releasing any information about sales or contracts the one clue we had was the massive increase in recruitment and then the huge contract for circa £0.5 billion landed from the government.
I'm seeing the same thing here now - lots of recruitment which is a sure sign that business is booming.

Loopup was too early 2 years ago going for the one , but it did lay the foundations for this year with the increased pods which has worked out well by luck.
Think we’ve passed ‘Hopefully’! Covid has been seismic !!!! The change to working practices will see many changes and sadly many will lose jobs and income ...... Loop well ....they’re in a box seat and you’ve just found a tenner on the pavement !!!! Loop are part of generational change so GO LONG ON LOOP!!!!!! They’ve experienced how not to do it 24 months ago so now have the nouse you Nail it !
Thanks for bringing the adverts to my attention, that’s a lot of rolls to fill and hopefully accelerating growth.
Seems the management team have enough evidence ( & cash) to go for this big time ... no doubt this upscale has the benefit of significantly greater income streams Which could see 2021 T/o top £100m
Wow the job adverts have trebled in one day
Hi frac that was not there yesterday for them jobs
