The money as sxxwe put it so eloquently a while back will only come with the mining licence application via the feasibility study ...... imho honey we will make lots of money.....
Show me the money, and i will happily shut up.
Roo it’s Poo, I’ll cheer, cos I have no fear, and I hope you liked your beer.......
Hard to take the truth.I see nobody has questioned the MCAP error if it was that.
I tire of the rampers and their ignorance.I don`t believe they have a share between them or a pot to p*** in.Possibly paid cherleaders at best.
I will change my tone when I see the funding money, as if that will ever happen.
Enjoy the weather and as I have said often stick to a balanced portfolio.
"shareless rampers" - really Roo? Your posts are becoming increasingly unhinged. I'm not seeing any ramping or, indeed, deramping but for your inane posts. Keep taking the Lithium would be my best advice to you. :-)
End of the world is nigh Roo? Or is it just a no deal Brexit?...... lol
More like Roo talks Poo and needs to go to the Loo and is loopy Loo xx
Presentation hasn`t and won`t take in a bean.Inaccurate statements and broken promises have left BA and Co., untrustworthy.
Shareless rampers will only accelerate the end.Where are all these buyers BA told us about?
Roo tells it troo.
Difficult for someone with no morality to start casting aspersions on other people's integrity dontcha think, Roo? You didn't read the links I gave you about how explorers make the progression to producers did you? Stop kowtowing to the wife's demands and switching channels on the TV and start doing some research, eh? Without that basic understanding, you're bound to look like a fish out of water when you post as you do.
I am beginning to question the integrity of the posters here who extol the virtues of our BoD when it is totally undeserved. How can they encourage support for a Company that anyday now will be a busted flush?Do these people have any shares?Funding from where? Will the presentation encourage finance?Wakey, wakey.Enjoy the warm week ahead.
Roo, might that be something akin to a company that not only promotes gambling but also peddles the means to feed the, quite devastating, habit/addiction by promoting personal loans? Glad to see your other investments doing so well.
Odd. I could have sworn that was hi-ho. BWTFDIK? See, Ned's not the only one who can rhyme! :-)
Thank you for those kind words BiB.
BIB,the parallels are obvious but not to the blindfolded. No funding means a sale is one of the options.Of course it will be a friendly party doing us a favour.I really have to laugh Kodal looking 60/90mUS $`s,and people ask how a ponzi scheme works.
Little do the innocent know and far less the fools.
Should have said sense of humour, I felt I had a bye pass a couple of weeks back....
:-) :-) I knew you had a personality somewhere xxxx
Ned, if bib runs back to his crib he won’t be able to enjoy your ad-lib. In future, I’ll try not to be so glib and hope that KOD doesn’t turn out to be a damp squib :)
I’ll get my coat…..heigh-ho it's of to the pub I go...
GFD, my assertion of timely was somewhat predicated on BA's guidance. I'm currently underwhelmed tbh, but that is only my opinion. Everyone has their own opinion, and, as you say, investment choices. I do not short term trade, but, I do play devil's advocate by arguing against a position, not necessarily as a committed opponent (although perhaps a bit overzealous at times) but simply to help determine validity in my mind. Anyway onwards and upwards! Bye the way that was a good balanced post! Don't get big-headed though....
Why thank you BIB, does not mean I don’t want you to run off to your CRIB...... :-)
Completely agree with you GFD good post my son.
"Trouble is, nothing material seems to be getting done in a timely manner" you say, BiB, yet were one to look, objectively, at what has been achieved in such a relatively short period, I think that one could not fail to be impressed. Of course, it remains to be seen whether it can, ultimately, be brought to fruition and it's in this respect that one makes one's own investment choices. I've chased the stock up and down and I'm comfortable with my average of 0.19. In my view, we'll see that again (and more) as the project moves forward. I completely understand why you chose not to average down in the way that you explained it some time ago but I'm reasonably confident that, in time, we'll see 0.38 (the original placing price of the bulk of the shares held by SC) and more, too.
All completely without prejudice to my firm belief that there will be a merger between KOD and MLL. But, either way, we will be mining.... and profitably so.
Rome wasn't built in a day and in one of the podcasts whose link you posted recently it was said that a Lithium mine can, typically, take 8 years or so to bring to production. If, as the consensus on this BB now seems to think, we manage to get to production in H2 2020 that will be a major achievement and that's why I'm invested here - the fastrack to production.
Yes GFD...definitely worth a read. Like I said sh@t or bust...
GFD, I'm not suggesting it will happen here, and, I most definitely hope that it does not, for all concerned. It was a convoluted story but the result was sh@t or bust for PIs (LTHs). I don't suspect many anticipated that outcome, nevertheless that's what happened, no realistic choice in the matter. Peeps kept their jobs, any shareholders that wanted to keep shares knew they would subsequently be diluted to oblivion and there would no be a market for them anyway. It is a salient question that you ask. KOD showed early signs of promise and I thought SP would reach a minimum of 0.38, which would subsequently act as support. This was a gamble, a punt..in Lithium... lots of risks and lots of variables to consider, still is. Trouble is, nothing material seems to be getting done in a timely manner.
Are we expecting Final Results next week?
Haha, nice one Ned. Hope you had a GR8 holiday :)
For those intersted in either the denouement of BAO or the technical process involved in a T/O and delisting, here's the link - https://www2.trustnet.com/Investments/Article.aspx?id=201502270700210325G
As will be seen, 75% is the majority required to delist. Only at 90% can the 'predator' compulsorily acquire all of the outstanding shares that it's not already bought (see the Takeover Code).
BiB, BAO looks to have failed to find funding for even its 'Bankable Feasibility Study' and was only taken over when a majority of Shareholders decided to accept the offer of 6pps in the face of a proposal to delist the stock. The proposal to delist would, itself, have required a majority of Shareholders to agree (http://www.oneadvisory.london/delisting-from-aim/) and it's difficult to see that happening here any time soon, if at all. If, however, you see that as a real risk, then you have the same opportunity as any other Shareholder of selling your holding, although why you should have invested in the first place might be the more salient question given the parallels that you see between KOD and BAO, which I'm not seeing, having looked.
James I’m the only one that finds my jokes funny, so my gf and daughter tell me. Have we met at a previous AGM? as you describe me as a nice guy.
