I’ll buy you a beer, stop being a tart James..... or maybe you had no intention of attending.
Nedhammer.I would be afraid to attend the AGM given the verbal abuse you and your bully boyfriend throw about here.Imagine posters like me arriving and asking where is the funding and how long before the shares are suspended.
No I don`t think so,I would rather watch the test card on my wireless. The truth at such a meeting would not be appreciated by those that believe BA is a deity.
The truth will set you free.
Peep peep,sorry I meant beep beep.Bye.
BiB, yep esia should cause a spike. fs I would assume is pfs - hope ba learns lessons from A40 (best wishes to them) - pfs only and dms = failed.
As for trying to raise £200k at such low sp = disgusting if not needed, just to facilitate ba's interest as suggested here yesterday?
I do hope peeps make an effort to attend the AGM, it’s important there is a strong turnout......
BIB a lot of questions indeed need answering tbh and I am hoping we will get some answers before the AGM....... time will tell .......
Daz in a normal company I reckon the submission of the ESIA app would not cause any uplift in the SP. However, here I reckon it may cause a bit of a temporary uplift only because it is simply some news of progress.... What sort of feasibility study is underway? Is it one simply to satisfy the ML app/SC or is it also to attract competition? Either way, I would go with H2 2019 or beyond...I see no one has attempted to respond to the question ...why raise £200k for drilling at such a low sp, when apparently it is not required and the sp is so low!!
Oh, another ba guessing game?
1: q3 2019
2: q4 2019
3: h1 2020
4: h2 2020
5: None of the above?
Which will come first, this feasibility study or the heat-death of the universe?
Soon daza, soon....
I believe a positive feasibilty study will move the sp far more than esia app. When's this due?
Jamesroo, can you educate me on something please as it's puzzling me.
When you refer to Gfd as a corner boy what does that mean?,in my world that's a slang for a rent boy is that what you mean?
Ok GFD, you’re correct, as always. The performance of the sp is nothing to do with sector wide issues or poor sentiment resulting from mistakes, missed deadlines and apparent unnecessary dilution…no, it’s all down to your fictitious TTNN brigade. Come on, get a grip man! There’s only a handful of peeps who read and contribute to this BB, at most.
My response and question was in reply to sxxswe, no need for your input and name calling tbh.
Gold and Nickel appear to be hot stocks at the moment (last 4-6 weeks), hopefully Lithium will have its day and in time for KOD!
Ramping and deramping does not effect the SP here, more like secretive fund raising and broken promises do that.If we ever get any good news on the applications i will be delighted, but will that secure funding for our needs as some say?Oh then, we have the great Relationship agreement.Better than nowt but by little.
GFD, you make me laugh,of course I prefer my shares to go up in value rather than fall. What are you on that makes you think I don`t enjoy good quality honest news about my investments? Why do you spend your time reading through my postal history?Could it be that the points I raised and proved you were lying stung?
Buy that fishing rod and get your fix elsewhere. Love and kisses James.
Roo, the only person being abusive is you. I see now, having looked back at your posting history, what you are all about and it's true as well of your investment here as it is in your other shareholdings - your so-called 'blue chip' investments. When the stocks are performing well, you're reasonably bullish. When they're performing poorly, you're like a bear with a sore head. Decidedly curmudgeonly.
Sxxswe, just want to repeat you are correct in what you say.The promises made by the board don`t hold up to the mildest of scrutiny and I for one thank you for your honest deliberations.
Just wise I had your ability to be so concise.
I'm not in 'attack mode', BiB - quote the opposite. I only post here, now, in defence of the stock and the project. Were it not for the incessant negative posts of you and the other members of the TTNN brigade, I'd not have to post at all.
This is not Baobab Resources and there is no parallel. And nor is there ever likely to be. But if, perchance, that analogy were ever to fit, that would be the time to be raising alarm bells. We're a long way from that atm. And, as I have said, the Relationship Agreement should serve to ensure that such a time never arrives.
Scaremongering has caused the erosion in the SP here. Sentiment is everything at this stage in the development of the project and the SP as you well know, given your claim to be experienced of other early stage miners.
Why do I post here?GFD asks.Because I am not a ramper like him.
I tell the truth as I see it, whilst GFD you seem to think you have a divine right to argue against anyone that has an opinion opposed to you,and you do it in offensive and gutteral language.
Personally you have called me a trader, a deramper and have said I have no shares here and talk the share down for personal profit.
TO all this I call you a liar,I have only bought shares here and never sold one.I said I was here to end and stand by it.
Shares go up and down and ranting as you do does not disquise the fact you are in over your head your head.Accept your loses like a man and stop whinging endlessly.Your call to arms of "big" investors fell flat on its face like yourself.
I was here long before you and will be long after,so give it a rest with your pitiful cries. Some people cannot take the strain of investing and you are clearly one of them.Go fishing or something i don`t care as long as you go.Your sanity depends on it.
GFD, there's no point in trying to discuss anything with you when you're in 'attack mode' Anyway, I thought you were going to divest if the drilling continued...seems we are both confused. You ignored my question too! The discussion re takeovers and how a low sp has already taken place so no need to add further.
ARahim, I don't know either...
bb, they raised money at this level as a reward to insiders, locals, and may be friends 'svs'. I don't know how 'svs' fitted in this schema.
Roo... your post of 20th May -
Talking down shares.20 May 2019 14:46
Why if people are being honest do they own shares and then do all they can to talk them down.In a Company of only £10/11 million does ramping or deramping matter?
I don`t know but many believe it happens. If true a lot of work and money goes into little gain.Do they have insider information and how do they get it.What I do know is they are wasting their time here as LTH`s have seen it all before and sanctioning of the ESIA will make it all meaningless.Time will tell as always.
I see that BiB has bobbed back up again but ignoring my questions. You seem to be confused BiB... they're not going to be looking for the £200k if SVS's Administrator passes. BA will always spend money drilling and exploring given the money with which to do so. He's a geologist.
sxxswe, perhaps it's A, B and C...
Why is BA raising £200k now at such a derisory sp for drilling in October? This doesn’t make sense to me when apparently they don’t require the resource expanding and it is anticipated by some that the sp will improve as news is released?
What is your motive for posting here as you do, Roo?
Ouch! The whole point about setting the minimum holding for those attending the meeting was to gather together a group of shareholders (serious investors) whose combined holding amounted to at least 5% of the shares in issue such that the group could put forward motions at the upcoming AGM. RH is probably unaware of that and of ssxswe's efforts in the past to get an action group together. My proposed meeting would have had an open agenda but it met with only limited support, falling short of 5%. ssxswe is now looking into other options, he says, but the simple fact of the matter is that the AGM represents the best opportunity for shareholders to make changes in the way that things are done, rather than just bleating about the state of affairs or clutching at straws.
POO from one and SEWAGE from the other.
Childish insults won`t change the facts, and may I say please show a little imagination inyour posts.Hard as I try I can but pity you both.Take the blindfolds off old men.
To the rational majority of investors the lack of positive news should be viewed with concern. If BA is as some say taking 5 grand a week for his "services" we need money and soon.
Time will tell.
