On my bank statement it appeared as "PrimaryBid"
Finally did it and yes the money went out of my account immediately and I got an email confirming subscription from PrimaryBid.
Worked ok for me :
1) To subscribe to Kistos you need to use the app. Cant do it on website.
2) Money leaves your account immediately. So you need to have funds cleared.
I signed up on basis this will certainly be over subscribed. So likely the share price will jump up 10-20% following relist. However not knowing the price does feel like going in a little blind.

Transactions on bank statement from Primary Bid appear as Jarvis Inv Mgt.
I did successfully apply for one bid some months ago, but that was using a browser on a pc, was cut down on my allocation. Another failed as I didn't have an existing holding at the time - took them a few days to refund. I do have a holding in KIST though. Trouble is if successful I will have holdings in two accounts, as they can't accept bids into ISA accounts.
Since then looks like they're insisting on using App on a phone.
They've emailed me back now asking that I just start again. I just wanted to be sure they won't send the debt collectors round for 3 lots of the same share purchase!
It does seem a bit of a poorly implemented system, especially when considering you're trusting them with significant funds. Presumably they're earning their money by holding your cash and warning interest + a fee from the company?
I'm having the same issue. "Incorrect Details", but no problem logging in to the account using Firefox on a pc. I've emailed them to complain as well as to ask why they can't continue to accept bids on regular browser.
I'm not having as much luck. I have my first try stuck at "payment failed" and my second at payment "pending" and I can't seem to do anything about either. Support have been responsive but 6 emails later I'm still no closer to resolution.
Just bought into the offer. All in it took 15 min to download PB app, sign up, place order and get confirmation email. Smooth as silk. On the PB app there is an obvious Kistos plc link to click to get the ball rolling.

This is unbelievably sloppy, and my broker did similar to me last week over the purchase of three times the share I wanted to buy because their system was a bit flaky.
JAS, for some reason Kistos was listed on the app under 'Energy Company' rather than 'Kistos'.. I tapped on 'Energy Company' and it materialised into Kistos with all the correct info etc. Hope this helps
Yep, my activity history shows I've correctly applied for Kistos but the email states PensionBee. My guess is that it's the email that's wrong, so simply an admin error by PrimaryBid, but I've messaged the company anyway for clarification
I opened a pb account a while back but I was too late to invest in the company I wanted. So I logged in this morning and tried to buy KIST but got a message stating 'our verification provider is unable to confirm my information automatically'. I've sent them a message asking why.

Can only see deliveroo and pension bee
The same happened to me. I think it is their confirmation email which has probably been automated but they have not changed the title from Pension Bee, lets hope so otherwise I have applied for Penaion Bee too. If you end up with 2 applications for Kistos I would think long term you will be succcessful and make profits
I applied for shares in Kistos via the Primary Bid phone App I was allocated Pension Bee. I have written to them and pointed out the error (too early for a reply).
Decided I may have made a mistake and applied again very carefully, guess what I now have two applications for Pension Bee.
Trying to find a phone number is not easy but I seem to have one now will call them at 10am when they open to sort thgis shambles out.
