I know it’s from the RNS but he’s no better either on that count ;) the one situ value is irrelevant taken in isolation...just as the 1moz at KAT is misleading because the nature of the operation makes that a £100m NPV whereas in a mine like Kefi it would be £300m
It may just be that you know enough to be a g v solid investor on these as you seem to be but not to know so much on the technical side. Which is fine, don’t need to know it all to win. But in that case please accept my clarifications as something you can learn more from.
In the case of Kat tailings recoveries are often much lower than mining (caml for instance gets 50% copper recovery or so I think) so the ounces are not like for like. Again, I agree Kat should do v well if its deal is signed. I would have bought back but the fact LC only put in 10k at the placing and insists on pumping out bad news mid-day puts me off. Not to say that will stop it working but it will stop me making confident decisions to hold. I think the near £500k Harry holds here is material to influence him/align to some degree.
Harry Anagnostaras-Adams, Executive Chairman of KEFI, commented: "KEFI and our G&M partner ARTAR look forward to participating in the development and expansion of the Saudi Arabian minerals sector, which the Saudi Government has made a national strategic priority. The recent approval by the Saudi Cabinet of the new mining investment law is a very positive development for our Hawiah (copper-gold) and Jibal Qutman (gold) projects in Saudi Arabia.
"The Hawiah deposit is shaping up to have similar mix of metals and to be a larger deposit than the nearby operating Al-Masane underground mine in southwest Saudi Arabia.
"We look forward to releasing the initial Hawiah Mineral Resource in August and thus providing further confirmation that our valuable Hawiah deposit has the scale and grades for a potential long-life, profitable mine. At current copper prices, it is notable that the in-situ value of Hawiah is already likely to be more than US$2.5 billion."
I will stop posting again.
This guy is just un-necessarily rude (adding to his comments last week). I agree banks look a poor investment proposition but to describe sincerely held views as ‘drivel’ says more about him than the people holding them.
And ironic given he thinks TK (which I have already said I think should get funding) is going to be securitised against Saudi......
You may note I’ve not disagreed with anything you said this week as none of it was gratuitously incorrect. Except the quoting again of 2.5bn copper in the ground just now, rather than the still sizeable NPV of several £100m. The cost of getting it out the ground does matter but clearly Kefi SP is v cheap either way!
Your tenacity in linking me to two people who dislike Kefi despite the fact I’ve made multiple constructive comments on it is the most worrying thing!
Bring on Saudi news. It's 2% copper equivalent, but contains gold and silver. Hawaii and TK only drilled up to 300meters and both likely to expand futher. Between JK and TK KEFI will have nearly 3million Oz of gold at 20 million tonnes of 2% copper equivalent which we already know is 2.5b+
I'm worried to post honestly. I can't keep up with the tenacity of the three blind mice. Dyor will show you exactly why we will be atleast 5p in October and 15p in 29221/2022
Locals still confident buying at these levels
If any separate company had Hawaii where it is, that company would be worth 35milmcap atleast, same a JK at this point. And TK will have a 273mil NPV for 45% of TK at $2000 dollars. TK will befit the country and anyone who fulfils the final investment too much not to happen, I'm not selling a share until it obviously does and then we will be 5-8+p
Totally agree, when you throw in all the assets it should be around 4.5p.
Gold at 2025! KEFI is soooo undervalued at 35milmcap and should be atleast double for the position KEFI currently is in.
2p should have been broken long ago. Everything boxing very well kefi, and only a blind fart with think otherwise. 2.5-3p on Saudi news and during the last weeks of August. 4p before october full financial close news is definitely achievable
