@Dallasdaz,
I was responding to your “why would anyone buy us”.......just to get us for b****r all, leaving us shareholders with b****r all.
With afterthought, no need to underline slimeball, apologies.
@RG33.
I know, and my response was:
Why would anyone buy us?
They'd be in the same boat as we are!
That said BCN could probably buy the whole company cheaper than what we want off them for our portion of the JV...
Why did you want to (underline slimeball) second time around?
@Dallasdaz.
The thrust of my post was:
WE are the subject of a SLIMEBALL offer, (underline slimeball)
Obtaining all our supposed quality assets for b****r all...!!!
Yes , I was right the cable on the small hand snapped , And that was diagnosed without visiting the site What a joke this share is roll on 1p or less sooner the better
Wow Frankie, I believe I answered this the first time you asked... Towards the end of March I think.
@Frankie, of course they do, but what do you think we have that is valuable to a potential buyer...something they cannot replicate themselves? Even something we have they don't want anyone else owning?
Why would anyone buy us? They'd be in the same boat as we are. That said BCN could probably buy the whole company cheaper than what we want off them for our portion of the JV...
..... I can almost feel it .... Messiupio, Strangle, sucking & f$&Bourne plotting to vote against the EMH resolution & then to slimeball in a buyout offer at 15p per share .... not as f they haven't got form!!! LoL :-)
Bannor, my fear is, (and I’m reluctant to even air this thought) that at this level of sp, WE are the subject of a SLIMEBALL offer.
Since consolidation the sp has fallen to a disgraceful level.
..... I can almost feel it .... Messiupio, Strangle, sucking & f$&Bourne plotting to vote against the EMH resolution & then to slimeball in a buyout offer at 15p per share .... not as f they haven't got form!!! LoL :-)
Frankie....affect is a cause....effect is a result .... so in my opinion if the vote goes against the resolution it will 'affect' EMH's ability to proceed with Cinovec considering the government's position there as well and have a negative 'effect' on both them & us (although how much worse can it get for us!!)
MrJ with Garlic & onions perhaps you should consider ditching the car for a bike, striped jumper & a beret!!! :-)
Now I do like garlic and onions and to be Fiat they do repeat on me. But it wasn’t me it must have been an lse glitch again
EMH is an EGM (extraordinary Meeting) rather than an AGM.
The EGM (in Perth WA) is to vote on the acceptance (or not) of the proposed (amended) acquisition by / venture with CEZ to progress Cinovec ... voting is by proxy only & there is no other business.
Hi Frankie, I think they are AGMs And I really don’t know how they will be run. I’m not an investor of either of those .
Did you eat something that's upset you MrJ .... something seems to be repeating on you :-)
We have either time traveled or LSE are as bad as our BOD
IT looks like one of the cables snapped ??
wow... nice rise... can’t they put the sp back to august 2013’s equivalent price... go the whole hog... :)
.......but one I can answer, in response I submit to you quite simply ....
...... our BoD, all that they have done & all the choices they've made.
We were this high just 2 months ago PMSL !!! More like....... we were that low just 2 months ago & nearly another 50% further down.
For many that bought in at penny or more years ago that's the equivalent of £1 a share or put another way 2 months ago a loss of 94.5% & now a loss of 97% …… a 97% drop from a penny or 98.5% from the absolute high of 2p....
Trades page is showing February. Shock is that we were this high just 2 months ago.
We have either time traveled or LSE are as bad as our BOD
What's the 5.75 ??
....all that's happened (without any need or support apart from 1 trade on the exchange @ 3.4 .... not shown here along with a later one @ 3.05) is that they've increased the ask to 3.5 if you're buying .... for anyone who holds &/or wants to sell the bid is still 3.0 & hasn't moved a jot ..... although to be honest a jot is an inconsequence when you consider how much our BoD have obliterated & torpedoed the SP over time....
1.67% according to ii .
We are up a > . dot Nothing compared to what we are down Don't Laugh The only ones here making money here are the Director's and members of the board that are working with them . Most of them work from the bunker
