A new exploration project hunting for iron is definitely jam tomorrow btm Sliver. I pity the poor investors money he will undoubtedly take. It’s odd for a gold company that doesn’t even have any gold. All is well for the directors though draining the last bit of cash from the company.
of course kat is a scam hense no rise
From gold stacks (owned by someone else), to a duster, to the farmyard. Methinks I lose what's left of my investment.
Good Luck to those that remain invested here!!
I once read somewhere ‘any fool can make money on the AIM but the trick to be a successful investor on the AIM is not to lose money’ KAT has nearly run out of money period, with no plan for hantei or blyvoor. This company isn’t investable and if u invest in a company with this profile 99 out of a 100 u will lose money. I made a comment on here a while ago that hantei needed a ‘discovery’ with the latest drilling and people were getting excited . Do u know what the chances of a three drill hole programme hitting a discovery hole in untested ground? Extremely low. Anyway , I hope u start to see my logic and how the risk of these companies should be viewed, considered and evaluated before parting with your hard own money. Btw, investors have also been misled on blyvoor. GLA whatever u decide.
And POW is £23m m/c with a lot of new stock at 1.4p to be sold for 20/30% and a nice rise in the last month from 0.8p with significant profit…..and KAT is £1.5m with a nominal value of 1p, previous two raises at 1p and 2p….they can’t raise under 1p without Kibo (20+%) accepting dilution.
You are comparing apples with oranges and as a trader or investor do you see KAT going from 0.3 to 0.5 or POW from 1.5 to 2.5 first?
Any positive news from Blyvoor far outweighs any positive news from Haneti.
Ps. I’m not saying POW isn’t a good company, and I hold, or Pj isn’t a good CEO but the market also has other dynamics to making a nice return
Also wonder what this new project/s is being discussed at final stages alluded too in the RNS this week…maybe jam tomorrow…maybe not for a £1.5m beaten up share price…time will tell.
Also might result in POW doing a deal to take 80-100% of Haneti with Katoro and Katoro getting cash/shares/warrants/royalties in POW..?!
Pathetic and running out of money. For those that see hantei as having potential invite in POW. PJ (CEO) made some interesting comments of late and other CEO’s doing F** all and taking a salary. I thought about KAT
Don’t disagree with a lot of that Robert except at 0.3 there isn’t much real stock available, moves very quickly with any buying and it’s often when a stock is beaten up the best returns can be made…just ask PREM or COPL shareholders….as well as many other shares
RNS today: Moving into the second half of 2022, Katoro Gold is in the process of assessing various new projects to further diversify its portfolio and unlock value-based opportunities that align with its strategy of being a preeminent African-focused gold and mineral exploration and development company. At present, the Company is already in advanced discussions with a number of parties with regard to the new projects under assessment.
The truth is Louis Coetzee is at the helm of this company, and had I known what I know now about him I would have stayed well away. There is nothing good to say about this man. He is a nightmare. I have a sizeable loss currently and the chances of it being otherwise are slim to non, which is was I have come to terms with (almost). Blyvoor was its only saving grace and reason I invested as seem a straight forward deal; processing existing waste material for other materials and with plenty of people keen to fund it......
Louis will say whatever he needs to, and if it proves not to be the case (more often than not) he just skirts over it and on to saying how great everything is despite everyone else plainly seeing otherwise. he will call black white when it suits.
If you read this please stay away.
Robert
I only ask because the shares trade on a dearth of news.
I took my "gamble" a week ago with a £3.5k average-down. That said, I almost purchased another £1k yesterday, as the Sells looked like Buys to me. Are recent buyers in the know or are we all investing in dust? Hopefully, all will soon be revealed!
GLA
After weeks of nothing , plenty of buying today ,,,,
short6. I know, but when dealing with Louis Coetzee, it appears to be the best I can expect data wise.
ATB, FG
That's not a very sound investment case is it ForrestGump?
But good luck.
Just averaged-down with the purchase of another £1.6k of shares. The reason? Somebody is buying. Methinks somebody knows something. Here's hoping!
GLA
I know that I'm hogging the message board, but someone's got to do it.
Averaged down with another £1k's worth today, solely on the strength of our mystery £4k buyer. Got me thinking that Paul Johnson of POW has plans on spinning the miss at Haneti in a similar vein to Molopo Farms. The only stumbling block being the ever loverble Mr. Coetzee!!!
GLA
I'm assuming that the same buyer has added to his £4k purchase of yesterday. The question is - Why?
My money is on LC trying to rouse some interest in our dead horse. Buy who knows?!?
GLA
Normally, it's no news or bad news on Friday. I'm interested in seeing if LC actually releases an RNS today - a positive one - after somebody bought 1.5M shares yesterday. Here's hoping!
GL to all those that are foolish enough to still be here!!!
FG
LS. I'm well under water here, but watching someone buy 1.5M shares tempted me into averaging down with two £500 buys. Hopefully, I'll see some bang for my buck.
ATB, FG
Cannot see this going down much further with Haneti, Blyvoor, nominal value 1p and being a £1-2m m/c.
Note there is no stock available in size at these levels, £500 moves it to mid .3's....any positive news from Blyvoor this goes quickly back to 2p IMO.
market cap £1million! Shambolic. If it goes down much further, I will just buy this myself and boot Coetzee out myself.
Update please for your shareholders! The people that pay your wages !
Coetzee, lets have an update. Nothing of any use since end of May.
Lets start moving this company forward, or step down, and put in place someone who can!
A real possibility here. Ceo is a conman. Lifestyle company this is all it is. Serious think about saving what little you have left here even if ur down its better to take something back than nothing. Louis will drive this co. Into the ground then just start another company to fund himself
Is blyvoor still on ?
Blyvoor remains a substantial gold asset, especially in light of the current gold price upsurge, with a clear path to commercial development clearly indicated, Katoro continues to explore funding options to enable it to construct a mine and put Blyvoor into production as soon as possible.
On its Tanzanian projects, Katoro completed two phases of drilling on its Haneti Nickel-PGM Project in which it holds a 65% interest. The results from a first phase comprising 1,965 meters of rotary air blast drilling completed in April 2021 gave sufficient encouragement for a follow-on 900 meters diamond drilling programme which has recently been completed (February 2022), the results of which enables Katoro to refine the geological modelling and vector in on target areas for next stage work. Katoro also recently announced in March 2022 that it has regained a joint venture interest in the Imweru Gold Project in Tanzania which it had previously sold. It has now cancelled the sale and restructured the transaction as an incorporated joint venture with the previous purchaser, private Australian company, Lake Victoria Gold, to develop the gold asset. The joint venture provides for Lake Victoria Gold to earn up to 80% of the project by arranging all funding, while Katoro retains the remaining 20% as a carried interest.
£1m market cap......
No one tempted.... cos note is happening.....
Drift ...until something to look forward too
Come on Luis..... Rally the troops...
