Sell products ……..make money……= share price rockets ?? simple
No income I suspect. We will see
wow - the market cap here is less than £12M - this seems a complete no-brainer with all the news in the pipeline... what am I missing?
Seems there are few more selling the family silver to pay Tuesdays bills.
I stand by my post.
When David Smith was CE, he seemed to be in the media ever month that’s what we are missing currently. ( we known things take time), but, It’s painfully quite lately, just a crumb of something would give us some comfort. GLA
yes i have fond memories of those days and david smith as the honest frontman .Hoping for a surge on news soon plum !
many investors forget the days when the SP was 2.6 - 3 pence ... when I bought in too!

Not a very nice comment.
Not that i am required to advise you,but the sell of 200,000 shares was me.
I have a large bill to pay on Monday, so i sold a few of my holding. Since my average was in the region of 2.625p, even at this low price, i m still very much in profit, as are the remainder of my holding.
No need for rudeness when you don't know the seller or their reason.

Just one plonker selling into an illiquid market.
Another nasty lurch down. Come on please let’s stop this rot.
at 7.26.
Buy when its boring, sell when its sexy!
last year these came out on 7 august ,but previous 3 years were mid sep ,late sep and 17 august .So we should get some news over the next few weeks at the latest. Sorely needed!
TB converted CLN's and interest into new ordinary shares therefore increasing the total number of shares in issue which he then sold to effectively maintain his same % holding. All in the RNSs.
But on past history TB will convert and sell a proportion. He generally sells the cost of the CLN he has provided.

Will not!
That grant was for ongoing research which could lead to commercialise of products in 2/3/4 years time, will help IB to sell current software.
Accounts to 31/12/20 turnover£255k, directors fees and salary £160, total employees 7. So if they want to push IB forward a large investment is required by a big medical company to fund R&D, sales, marketing to make the best of there ground breaking tech, otherwise it will take them quite a few years to reach profitability.
Eh, undercapitalised!
Lets all read the facts
On 06 April 2021,
Five Year NCI Award Grant to IB
“The Company's subsidiary, Imaging Biometrics, LLC (IB), has received ANOTHER award from the US National Cancer Institute (NCI). Approximately $3 million in funding begins on 15 April”
Ah Capitalised, Deramp over

Afternoon everyone, we certainly are desperate for some news, to have one trade by 1:30 pm very very poor. With all our technology, sentiment has disappeared totally. Good luck all.
All TB has to do is lend company money via the CLN route, as before, no need to convert shares and still under 30%. IB are undercapitalised and need funds to push forward, when IB will be sold is the question.
Bit over sensitive and defensive Trek. Not de-ramping and it's not my style and a random inquisitive post on an obscure bulletin board isn't going to make the tiniest bit of difference. I am just careful and cautious about entry point with small caps seemingly low on cash.
There is an issue in relying on Trevor Brown converting his loan notes as he will exceed 30% if he retains most of the resulting acquired shares as he is already on 29.35%. My understanding is he would have to make an offer if he went over 30%. So he would have to sell pretty much all the shares he acquired from conversion and, like it or not, that's obviously not going to be particularly good for the share price.
The last placing they did was a minuscule discount to the prevailing share price (see I am not deramping) and that would be a much better route imo rather than TB flooding the market with shares simply because he has no other choice to sell them unless he wants to make an offer for the Company. If he does then the share is a buy as it would have to be an offer at the highest price in the last 12 months. I doubt if he is wants to do that at this stage but who knows.

Hello
Pandemic -has shifted Global medical business (HCA / UME are good examples) - "model" - (2003 -2019) - from scan and charge -(obviouslt with the Norm of patient care etc) - with "Superstar" surgeons .
Free board and lodgings in Glitzy clinics for the Surgeons - Seen it happen.
Some are talking about a fag packet sized scanner now - i(few years)- but the interpration will be 90% AI - signed off by (in the most crucial eg Cancer) Dx - by people.
Watching with interest - I don't understand trading etc

‘missed something’
Missed a lot. I could deramp IQAI loads if so inclined and anyone invested here should be able to do the same or you haven’t done your RA. But as for cash well, you are barking completely up the wrong tree as to how the company has been financed and will continue to be financed.
Look at 10th Dec RNS as a clue and by all means post any questions here thereafter.
If you just want cheaper entry, close to 8 is very good. Go in 50/50 just in case.
My average is now 9 but I made a sht load here on the last run up, sold and bought back.
You don’t have to hide your intentions, we all wanna make money and see this succeed. 50p is real!
Usual caveats
Trek
Why don’t you just read the Rns and then you will realise you have missed something
But good try
