Hi Dawski not been on here of late but still holding for gold here ;)))
A Very Difficult call for tomorrow -views overnight please .I know that you are all having sleepless ones !!
Welcome back indeed Mr JB --you HAVE been missed with your little gems ( posts that is ? !! )
No matter how many Twitter accounts these nimby's set up it changes nothing - whether they like it or not this facility is getting built and I personally will look forward to wiping the smile off their smug faces LOL. They had their chance years ago to voice their objections but didn't and now the desparate attempts by some to scaremonger as even they can see that Infa is on the cusp of a breakthrough with regards commercialisation and construction. At least the bod of Infa have remained professional in their conduct which is more than can be said for certain individuals! It's pretty rich of Mr Donnelly to praise that a certain DUP councillor Paul Reid has confirmed that he is objecting to the current application yet Arlene Foster publically supports this vital infrastructure project. Well that's democracy for you but those who ignore the noise of the ramblings of these nimby's will soon see that they were right to do so. Oh here's a quick extract from this article showing the continued need for this #justsaying LOL
https://oilprice.com/Energy/Gas-Prices/The-Easy-Money-In-European-Natural-Gas-Is-Gone.html
Traders are unable to take full advantage of the wide winter-summer spread because several factors have combined this winter season to create a perfect storm in the European natural gas markets one of them being....limited available storage capacity as most of it is booked out amid declining overall capacity.
Europe’s total storage capacity has declined by more than 4 percent since 2016, according to data from gas industry trade association Gas Infrastructure Europe, cited by Bloomberg.
As a result, higher-than-usual gas stocks in European storage and almost fully booked storage space have been preventing natural gas traders from profiting from the most profitable price differential between winter and summer gas futures contracts in years.
Almost fully booked storage hey...well no wonder Infa has generated so much interest from offtakers and equity partners #justsaying
Maybe a member of one of the equity partners will be appointed to the board after Lyons resignation
is what pees me off
every time insider trading before rns is released
Having just re-read the Project Update, I really can't see anything negative in there. Apart from the fact that those looking for a short term gain may have been frustrated this was all really positive and looking at the end of March being absolutely packed full of significant updates. Just some key highlights for me responding to recent negative reaction
Marine Licence: In our opinion, all the studies show better results than previously indicated and within the current regulatory guidelines, hence we believe that the draft marine licence will be converted into a full marine licence at the appropriate time.
Equity Funding: We have, thus far, received no adverse comments to give us any cause for concern. We also continue to work with our other potential equity partners, some of whom have already undertaken a full due diligence process
EU Funding - just icing on cake: However, for the avoidance of doubt, no grant monies have been included in our economic models or in any of our discussions with equity and debt providers.
Community relations - Transparency: We will be holding local meetings towards the end of March 2019 to ensure local residents are fully briefed and up to date with progress on the Project.
agree
I’m with you .. we could all have sold at 2 and brought back in at 1.. but I can’t see into the future and so will just hold on to my shares until hopefully it all comes together .. which I believe it will
JFK,
Yes an amazing piece of brilliance by our god friend Mitch. Hang on a minute why if he intended to sell did he not sell much higher??? No I don't know either?
I on the other hand did not sell any nor intend to over the next few months, I may buy more if there is a further drop, but hopefully we have now had relatively neutral news since just before Xmas and since. Certainly it is the case there has not been any positive news but on the other hand apart from the placing no earth shattering negative news. Even the placing had a slight positive as it was stated why and how the funds would be used, and not just to be frittered away on the day to day costs as in the case of 90% of aim placing.
Therefore I see a positive period on the horizon, much good news due and hopefully this will be the catalyst to a new run on the sp, hopefully northwards.
Mr T
Turtlewax, you only loose money if you a succered in to selling. Undoubtedly a number of short termists in for a quick buck will have done just that and lost out. Unfortunate for them, but had they been more knowledgeable about their investment perhaps they would have not lost their nerve.
Like our brilliant friend Mitch I took the opportunity to buy more on Friday, unlike Mitch I unfortunately didn't have the foresight to sell beforehand!
Not me,Gov...still here as before and have had to eat my hat as now below 1.2p .anyhow am not well known enough to be included in your post ..have been here for the LT but read the Allenby report carefully folks ..it makes in depth incisive reading ...if your read it very carefully !!
TOTALLY agree with your last two posts !
Seems pretty clear to me that a number of well known shareholders had inside info on the delay and departure of the chairman. The trading, particularly the sells, indicate the insiders were selling in order to pick up profit and more shares when the news and, in turn, share price dropped. Constant mention of warrants being sold without any RNS to confirm. What happened with the last raise? Anyone know who took it? Hasn’t been mentioned for weeks. Regularly posters here and on twitter going on radio silence. I believe in the project but abhorr the recent goings on. Decent people holding shares in the company have lost money so the insiders can be fed. Stinks
Love the lateral thinking, Radders!
That's what I'm calling it. Please can we have a blue one next for all as well as Mitch, clever man.
jeffry, the shares sold this morning have already been sold and in any cse MMs don't keep many millions of AIM shares overnight never mind over the weekend. Also charting and AIM is a very precarious mix for decision making , I think.
Spud, good to see you back here. I was more concerned by your absence than by the GL news. I think INFA will be OK.
was thinking of buying back next week, may get the opportunity as this sold will be sold by MM cheaply or maybe more selling next week?
i know some chartist has around 0.8p buy price.
may start adding some gold players too as gold price expected to be even higher with poor US data. looking at WSBN, SHG and maybe ORR next week
Thing is Naz, I think most people would totally agree with your overarching stance against fossil fuels and the urgent need to shift to green alternatives. I don't believe fracking is a good idea. A process that creates earthquakes no matter how small is asking for trouble. I've paid extra for 100% green energy for years because I can afford it and because I'm taking personal responsibility. I also now cycle to work instead of driving. But, the practicalities involved in transitioning a complex industrialised economy from mostly fossil fuels to 100% renewable is not straight forward or quick. You must realise that? We need a smart managed transition to fulfil our Paris commitments. If you were in charge, would you shut all the carbon burning power stations down overnight? The factories would stop working, people would be out of jobs on the million, investment would cease as all remaining energy sources were ploughed into keeping critical services like hospitals going. We'd have to have rationed energy like they do in parts of Africa. plus one cold snap over winter or a lull in wind or sun and a lot of vulnerable and isolated people would die of exposure. What would you say to their families? Surely, the reasonable thing to do is exactly what is happening: ramp up most cost effective and efficient green alternatives asap (I see UK gov just invested another huge amount in offshore wind today), which takes time to iterate and improve, shield simultaneously ramping down on the dirtiest fuels like coal and oil. Gas is the cleanest and cheapest of the fossil fuels. Can't you see that Islandmagee and gas generally is enabling this transition?
Sp always going to suffer with an RNS like we had today!
PI hate uncertainty
But maybe just maybe this is all part of the bigger plan?...
GLA
Have a great weekend ;))
Not mine. I'm here to make some serious money. and despite the recent poor performance of the SP, I think I will succeed. The low price for the sell suggests that it may have been a "forced" sell. Such things do happen!
Still here..even topped up and ate my hat !!
Not sure if posted already but see our CEO is performing at LSE investor evening in London next Tuesday night. Great way to spread potential of this company so send some big movement next week - hopefully in the right direction. Upwards for me
Graham Lynn held 1.17%, so it wasn't him.
