Great tweet by MarketGem summarises the project to date and impending news flow; https://twitter.com/marketgem/status/1139055566427496448?s=21
"news in the pipeline " --Freudian slip ...or maybe reference to SNIP ..sleep well !!
Snowed, I LOVE your hyperbole
Lol
Hey goup, given yesterday’s reaction I was not surprised for today. I do think awareness is spreading so it won’t be long, at it’s current juncture and with news in the pipeline it won’t stay valued at £11m for long. The work completed to date and yesterday’s major conviction from Vitol shows the level of de-risking completed. The project is worth a lot more at current stage.
Was you surprised we didn't go back to over 1p tidd , I was
https://twitter.com/infrastrata_plc/status/1138820231172956161?s=21 Media coverage copied in to raise awareness, worth giving it a like/retweet
Better hope it's not like Challenger or Columbia
I know I posted this excerpt from the NASA website once before....I was a bit premature but this time I believe it's right on the money and lift off is imminent.....
NASA
'T-minus 2 minutes
At this point, the shuttle's commander will advise his or her crew mates to close the visors of their launch and entry suits. In these final minutes leading up to launch, the Ground Launch Sequencer is still in automatic control of the countdown.
T-minus 31 seconds
At this moment in the countdown, if there are no technical issues, the "go" command will be given for "auto sequence start," which means that the Ground Launch Sequencer will hand off primary control of the countdown to the shuttle's on board computers.
T-minus 16 seconds
Now, the sound suppression water system at the launch pad will be activated to protect the shuttle and its payloads from being damaged by the strong acoustical energy during liftoff. Water is stored in massive tanks on the northeast side of the launch pad and is released just prior to the ignition of the shuttle's main engines. Nine seconds after liftoff, the water suppression system's peak flow rate is 900,000 gallons per minute.
T-minus 6 seconds
Just prior to this moment, if everything is functioning as it should, the command will be given to start the space shuttle's main engines. Beginning at the T-minus 6 second mark, each of the three main engines will be ignited and roar to life.
T-minus 0 seconds
The solid rocket boosters will be ignited, and the bolts that have secured the shuttle to the ground in the last six seconds of the countdown are explosively released, allowing the orbiter to rocket into the sky.'
GLA....we're about to fire all boosters.!!!!!!
That's brilliant Chrisatrdg......the market is about to wake up to this sparkling gem....the next whiff of news will send sp into orbit.
When I said This project has more kinetic energy than Krakatoa....to put that in perspective....'The 1883 Krakatoa eruption measured a 6 on the Volcanic Explosivity Index (VEI), with a force of 200 megatons of TNT. By comparison, the bomb that destroyed the Japanese city of Hiroshima in 1945 had a force of 20 kilotons, or nearly 10,000 times less power'
Infa is rumbling and about to erupt in the very near future!
'Sorry, count me out'.......tinload, you really need to dig deeper .........have you ever pondered the phrase 'It's like casting pearls before swine'......you just don't comprehend the fabulous quality of project here.......put your money in a building society, you're not cut out for this game.
This project has more kinetic energy than Krakatoa.
Tank News International:
InfraStrata and Vitol sign Term Sheet for gas storage capacity at Islandmagee
https://www.tanknewsinternational.com/infrastrata-and-vitol-sign-term-sheet-for-gas-storage-capacity-at-islandmagee/
Just read the last nine months share chat! Some telling comments.
Things seem to go well here and then something seems to put a spanner in the works.
Sorry, count me out
Mates rates. Been trying to accumulate during the day and it has been harder than usual. Sooner or later all the mates will have been sorted out and then we too can enjoy the value.
SP movement - that 4.7m buy explains it - that's mates rates - no way is that price available to PIs.
kibuc, thanks for the reply. I shall listen to the podcast again. Thanks also for the elaboration you provided in the second paragraph. Like GT430 I think Vitol would wish to be involved in the equity,( he says through VTTI). I also think that JW wants to have more than one serious option because it would strengthen his negotiating hand..
By the way do either of you have an opinion about the strange
behaviour of the SP since the offtake announcement ? Go well.
As I posted before I think one of the potential funding partners could be VTTI
If Vitol genuinely believe in the project and have done all their DD then it would seem strange for them not tonwant some equity exposure. VTTI is owned by Vitol but is a separate company so it would still fit with JW’s comments that he sent the Vitol termsheet to them.
Re the funding I dont believe there is any option to 100% equity fund this as it would not really make sense. If you listen to JW’s comment in the interview carefully he clarifies that one party is looking at providing equity and would want external debt whereas the other party would want to fund the entire project by providing both the equoty and debt together. Eg the project would still have debt but simply provided by the same party as provided the equoty
@Setanta1
At the end of the interview JW is pressed for answers about funding negotiations, and he says that after the Term Sheet was agreed with Vitol, he sent it to both parties they are negotiating funding with. If we take that statement at face value, it effectively means that Vitos is not one of those parties. Having said that, it could have been be a smokescreen but we can only make assumptions based on what we know.
It looks like they now have an interesting choice between going for equity/loan split or taking full equity funding. Each comes with pros and cons. Full equity funding means there's no financing cost to bear BUT you retain much less of the equity. I think in the long run preserving as much of equity as you possibly can is paramount, as long as you're convinced you can meet your loan payments.
SP activity as yesterday. A rise and then MM manipulation to counterbalance the rise and control the SP at a low level.I would like to know the who and why of all this.
By the way in my opinion Lisadee is entitled to her opinion. Time will tell whether her view that the project is a non runner is correct. What is clear is that Vitol are certain that it is and I'm sure they completed their own due diligence. Batting to and fro with Leesadee is just a non productive passtime for posters. Nobody knows anything of substance and JW seems very confident,(and he knows a lot more than LSE posters) that all will be well on the environment front.
Kibuc, good post as usual. Prescient and to the point. But I didn't get the inference from JW that Vitol might not be a funder. Did I miss something?
The licence will be approved in my opinion and the protest will just be tomorrows chip paper. I would understand the protest if INFA were disregarding the environment but they have gone the extra mile to ensure it is best in class, People should respect that (if they knew).
but surely that would mean that you didn't want to listen to what any one else had to say .. in order to get a balanced view ?
Radders she already said she would appose it even if licence was granted.
