Does anyone know what debt and equity terms are being offered by the BoDs of INFA in the marketplace. If at .3p like last time, we are going to be in for a suppressed share price for many years to come given how many shares will have to be issued for H&W before we even consider islandmagee
Still bemused by ************* article having researched today that Riverfort CEO and TW co-authored a structured financing scheme 20/4/17.

Havent read the latter's report, run out of free articles.
The HandW site needs an update!
Bit more blue today I see, long may it continue.
Mr T
I am a stick of INFA rock! did not get as many as planned today but have some in reserve for the comming days weeks.
Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe...
I’m on board Dawski .. say it loud INFA and proud. Although we do need to navigate these slightly choppy waters through to the clear blue ocean in 2020
Am partly surprised to see Blue today after all the continued negativity this week. But if JW and his team pull off all the bits for Islandmagee this year and make a success of H&W and keep the oh so proud skilled work force employed with a full order book not only internally but from say the M.O.D then we will have reason to be very proud. Yes,there are risks still with the nature of the full funding per Riverfort but hopefully this can be tempered by the N.I. Executive grants ? Stay proud ..very proud to be on board this voyage !!Who else is on board here ?!!! Are you as proud as I am !
Sorry, Setanta. My error. I had forgotten that 0.4p is NOT the lowest sp for Infa and that many LTHs acquired their shares well below the current level.
By the way, I hate backstops, but let's not go there!
O&W, thanks for your 16.38 post . It contains one or two inaccuracies and a supposition. Why do you assume that I was averaging down when I bought today's 5M shares? That's the supposition. And an inaccuracy lies in the assertion that INFA has to pay the H&W instalment on 31 October. There is a backstop written in there until 31December. In relation to the so called Riverport finance my buy price today was so close that I judged that they are unlikely to take any more of the drawdown money as a conversion until the price shows a marked improvement.
I do appreciate your comments, though, and,as you can see from my posts today I'd be a lot happier if the INFA sp showed some more positive direction.
Tango .am with you all the way on this one .My Fund Manager warned me that with negative sentiment from yesterday's view point per Share Prophets then today would be gloomy and it was so.Heeding guidance I took the advice and plunged in shortly after opening ..But,Hey ,Tango ..the fundamentals for all 3 projects ( but Islemagee first ) remain firmly in place with probably all contingencies capable of being resolved by year end .
Also the future for H&W has never looked brighter ..Scottish Independence syndrome applies.
Do not plan your retirement for 1st January 2020 ...but I say that 2020 will be an exciting and truly formative year for our voyage ...and my Fund Manager agrees !! I just hope that Allenby Capital can concur also ...soon !
as previously stated I was contemplating selling my stagnant holdings and today I have done so and will Take advantage of any downside tomorrow (as believe this period will be concluded). at current SP I may add 6 mill but lets see what tomorrow brings. But I am undoubtedly positive for INFA in the next 5 years.
Agreed Mr T, and being so close to all the conclusions makes people nervous when in reality they should hold firm! The brexit treaty is a little concerning to NI so undoubtedly there will be contracts to soften the blow as already intimated several times by several reputable ministers NI & UK ;-)
Tango,
Yes it did state in the RNS that discussions were ongoing with debt partners but equity would also be considered. My opinion is that most of it will be funded by debt.
The fact of the matter is, we will own an asset worth £11M costing £6M, with no existing debt on the Balance Sheet. So if Infa intends to start utilising this asset in November as stated, I assume it has contracts lined up in readiness, as no existing contracts were in place with the deal.
Interesting times indeed.
Mr T
I see. I will sleep on it.
All depends if JW was able to secure a loan on the asset value, I would have thought £3-4 million would be achievable.
Almost bought in but I suspect a massive placing about to land. Guessing this will be around 0.3p.
Setanta, I wish you well with your averaging down, I really do. But I presume you are prepared to face further add ons at lower prices during this coming period. I say this, simply by observing that Infa needs to pay over £3.3mn by next Thursday, as the first payment to acquire H&W. As well, Infa needs to settle another £600k working capital loan by way of share issuance and forward sales to Riverfort. These are going to require several hundred million new shares to be created and sold forward, or else a new equity placing. I just can't see how Infa can finance itself and H&W otherwise.
I think we will know tomorrow,or at 16:30+ whats going on.
Setanta,
Jesus, no pressure then!!!
Mr T
And I meant that, but when it got so close to the .4p I felt it represented a special bargain. Now I have to hope that your optimism is superior to my pessimism. Go well.
3plus 2 million you done well getting quoted 051
It looked like it was finding some support around .46, now its finding support around .41 as it did in September. I guess its testing the balance of supply/demand to confirm a bottom. Of course, positive news flow will send it higher. Just a case of holding if your research shows you the potential this company holds. IMO
Setanta,
I like the cut of your jib sir, you did say you had already too much invested here earlier today, what changed your opinion?
Good luck to you, you deserve it.
Wasn't expecting such a drop today, although another 16M plus shares have been dumped into the market added to a large chunk yesterday, I think we all know what is occurring here! hopefully soon be over and up she goes.
Mr T
Do what I just did. I bought 5million, (3+2), @.4165.
buy target was 0.4 now its 041,8 what do i do
I care not for a retrospective RNS.
Appointment of a new chairman was stated at the time of departure of the previous encumbent as before the end of Q3.
During his interview in July, JW stated that EU funds were expected imminently, more likely September than August when pressed. I cannot imagine that he is sitting awaiting an EU cheque through the letter-box, like a kid a Christmas. One would hope that he is in constant dialogue with the relevant EU authority, doing his best Bob Geldof impression. There is clearly a reason for the non-arrival of these funds, is it unreasonable to request an explanation, when he was so bullishly vocal about the timing in a widely broadcast interview, the primary purpose of which was to drum up investor interest?
There has also been much obfuscation as to the genuine status of the marine licence.
