Why don't you contact them via their website. seekacure.com
I believe the work and its mother were aware that the combined entity would own the 49% share in Imutex..
What I was suggesting was to ask SEEK why there has been no update on th FLU-v for a year...
I've already contacted SEEK, see me post dated 14th Dec that includes response from SEEK/HVO. The whole merger is a stitch up for existing HVO shareholders by the BODs trying to save their sorry arses and pocket free shares. SEEK group and FLU v has been given away as part of the deal, that must be why the video was taken down (See Post 14th Dec.) ADYOR research before making decisions!!!
I don't disagree with you..there was definitely high hope's for the Flu-Vaccine at the beginning of the year..
Strange that everything just came to a sudden halt..
You have said Avivo are in a quiet period because of the merger just wondering have you tried to contact SEEK?
Looking back at this interview that Hvivo's Trevor gave in June 2018 and Seek group article, Trevor and co. were either delusional on Flu-v prospects or worse still they were deliberately trying to pull the wool over shareholders eyes to keep themselves in a job?...I'll let others be the judge on that? .....is this merger with Open Orphan just another scheme to fool shareholders into departing with more cash???? The mystery continues....!!!

All based on Open Orphan share price which is volatile..
It's always happen that the company being acquired trades at a 20% discount, when the merger gets closer the spread will tighten...
There appears to be a disconnect between the Hvivo and Open Orphan SP, current Open orphan SP is 5.6p this means Hvivo ought to be about 14p...... This is based on the 2.47x share offer???
ZzzzzZZzzzzzzZZzzz.........
If the stock is so undervalued (as you say moniman),I ask you 'Where's the white knight'?
The 15 pence a share offer was a good premium to the price Hvivo was trading at prior to the proposed acquisition(merger)..
With a £10 mil market cap I'm pretty sure Investco have written off their investment (here so I wouldn't think they'll be stepping in the way..
The flu vaccine is many many moons away and probably billions of $ in cash terms. Its clear Imutex are in way over their heads imho..(thats not to say that some of the work they have done doesn't have value,it's just that large Pharma are afraid to touch this because of the scale involved)
Here's a read

I'm not too sure that the likes of Invesco will be too impressed that their long term multi million £ investment in the Imutex JV is being given away for next to nought???? Trevor has played a blinder has he not? Dick Turpin would be proud of that hold up....!
Yes it does, it's very convenient for certain parties that the share price has taken a sudden dive just leading up the the takeover? I'll let you make your own minds up on that series of events
Finally I have had a response from Hvivo this was as a result of me also directing the same question to the Seek Group. I have been pointed to the admission document dated 9th December on the Hvivo investor relations website pages 47 & 48 of clause 2.7. it appears? to show that the 49% share of the JV (Imutex) will become part of the 'enlarged organisation. This appears contrary to what was said during 'taken down ' interview ????? ...................any thoughts ??? and ADYOR before making decisions|!!!

or indirectly, own the following companies: Imutex Limited 10124988 Trading 49 per cent. owned by Hvivo plc
Well I suggest you attend the EGM when the date is announced.
I've tried but HVO have closed all communication channels and will not answer any questions relating to the merger. Just thought I'd remind the other clown what was being said about Flu v Imutex JV last year.. I smell a rat.....?

Moniman, it might be worth contacting the company for clarification.
Si ( clueless clown ) ;)
I suggest you do your research and check out the recent links on what has been said about the Flu v vaccine having passed all stage two trials.
The scenario you are painting is illegal and can't happen..
There are thousands of biotech companies that have ploughed 10's of millions into trials that have yielded nothing..
Hence the drop in share price!
Maybe The HVO and Orphan management team are thinking of snaffling the Imutex JV away on the Sly to benefit from future sale..I'd be amazed if the likes of Invesco would be happy about losing all of the £millions they've invested in that JV through HVO???
I'm not sure how this spin off is possible and wonder if Cathal spoke too soon.
A spin off company will have costs associated - AIM fees, directors admin etc so if there is no value ATM how will these be paid?
Also, this spin off will surely have to happen before HVO gets merged into ORPH, else it will be very complicated to administer afterwards.
I'm not sure if it will happen IMHO
I didn't ask the value!!!! I asked what will happen to the 49% stake in Imutex that existing Hvivo shareholders currently own once the deal goes through???

No!
As of now it has no value..
has anyone figured out yet what will happen to our 49% shares in the Imutex Joint venture if the takeover is approved?
Looking a little bit better just recently in here so let's hope it continues climbing back up
