Biffa,
Fair enough you were right, it did look rather strange though given the 1st RNS also being priced at 46.50p, and then seeing 28.50m sales or buys at 08:59 :O)
Jiffybag,
And there you have it, a late declared trade timed at 07:51am for 110M shares. The Kerogen share sale all in one hit.
All the other 46.5p trades were nothing to do with the Kerogen sale.
GLA.
Just because they traded at 46.5p that doesn't mean they are connected with the Kerogen sale.
28.50m shares traded at 46.50p
Biffa,
Re: The sale of 110M shares by Kerogen has been completed off market, so it is not included in any of the trades today, or any other day for that matter.
With respect, I have just counted 28.50m trades early today at 46.50p, so imo they are included.
petethestreet,
The sale of 110M shares by Kerogen has been completed off market, so it is not included in any of the trades today, or any other day for that matter.
The shares will exchange hands on the 19th July.
If it is a single buyer, then we will see a TR-1.
If the shares have gone to multiple buyers, then there may not be any TR-1s, depending on who has bought what (see disclosure rules for AIM).
I would advise anybody who is unsure about things to at least read Oilyali's post at 8:58am. It's one of the few sensible posts on here amongst the many posts by the usual fear merchants that this has bought out from under their rocks.
GLA.

"When is the next one, six months?"
January
JiffyBag haha yes, that was what I meant :-D
Thinking now that the Kerogen sell down was the reason for the CMD. As an insider it would have to fit in with events (as did Ms Slightam's options) and would have been discussed internally much earlier. At AGM timing was still TBC.
Was their intent signalled with the cashing in of the warrants? They certainly didn't want to hold more stock even with the expected/anticipated news profile ahead - compare and contrast to some on here ...
All the info in the CMD could have been released by RNS, eg at the time of first shipment and a Q3 Investors Presentation. But it wasn't.
When is the next one, six months?
Sipp,
'Which is a heads-up that, whilst far from certain, they could rinse and repeat at any time.'
Not for 120 days, till at least the 14th November :O)
in times like this the ability and speed of recovery is interesting. It's rising as I type lol. I'm sure we'll have another break even day. Additionally, the 50P stops were itching to be stopped out by the 'bots. GLA.
Which is a heads-up that, whilst far from certain, they could rinse and repeat at any time.
I naively thought there was only one way for Kerogen to sell a significant holding / exit, but I was wrong. Every day is a school day.
Kerogen Lock in period of 120 days for remainder of the holding i.e. 16% of HUR.
