Hi Scott/anyone, just freestyle it for a minute please.
What is your opinion on what is happening with the current finance situation?.
My recent musings stem from me wanting to buy more Hemo shares, but I am also trying to make sense of Mint's tactic. A tactic that IMHO will lead to it becoming very difficult for them to re-coup their £8M via share sales.
topped up at 2.85 thinking it would steady but that was a mistake rout is going to continue I think so will not be buying any more
George may be buying but he clearly stated it was a gamble.
Everyone seems to be using a crystal ball, where can I get one then I'll throw some of my own predictions onto the board for a laugh?!
Have a feeling George has bought / is buying at theis level....
tsbs1, believe me, I have no intension of buying now. My first top up will be sub 2p, then 1.5p if we get there. Vlad remaining quiet speaks volumes to me I'm afraid
dhub
i dont think now would be a good time its nowhere near the bottom if vlad doesnt give us news to prop up the price
Tuan, the first conversion equated to 2.98% of total shares in issue. Which meant no TR1 (if bought by any one individual) - that % IMO can't be a coincidence.
The shares have been sold.....who to?.
It is feasible that a group of individuals are accumulating shares - all below 3%, so no declarations will ever need to be made.
It is perfectly legal for a group of 'friends' to all buy shares in a company via a broker and then at some point in the future organise for one of the group to buyout all his/her friends shares. At that point, if their holding is above 3% they are legally obliged to fill in a TR-1 holdings notification form and submit it to the company - then the company has to inform the market via Rns.
This is my understanding of the legal side of how accumulation is possible - I maybe wrong.
Regarding the notification processes, I'm sure my understanding is accurate.
Any opinions or corrections to my post are welcome...
Is this really going all the way to 1p, surely not? It's getting ridiculous now, sub 2p looks odds on this week. Vlad remaining completely quiet isn't helping either. Is there going to be a takeover, maybe? I really want to top up but can't bring myself to do it yet. I know it's hard to pick the bottom, but we must be so close, surely!!!
I do not see a TO on the cards as there will be no takeover unless Vlad wants it.
Market Cap is now just £11m
If someone buy over 3% shares they need report it and we will see TR1 .maybe many people with many account can do with 2.99% .
There is no single TR1 .the true is Mint start convers just after the deal with GC collapse mean one thing. Mint want share up too and when they see that is gone they will get out quick.
It's looking like the next conversion is gonna take place at sub 2p or there abouts.
I can't help but think that there is gonna be some sort of takeover attempt here.
The Mint website talks of mutually beneficial relationship with It's clients (or words to that effect), but their strategy to offload at the current pace and at these levels can't be accidental.
Is the organisation(s) buying these shares accumulating in the background?.
I'm not having it that P.I's have absorbed all of those shares.
I'm looking to invest more into Hemo, but not while this dump is ongoing.
Is Vlad speaking to Mint? - I think he needs to be if he isn't.
Have we been 'Trojan horsed' ?.
Ssccss
thanks.
appreciated
£8m at 2p is....a lot of shares!
Apologies for posting twice, the first one didn't appear so I thought I had lost it.
In a nutshell, £4m converted of £12m. The lower the SP, the more dilution occurs. Hemo have borrowed £60m in total from Mint but have only drawn down £12m. It is all in the RNS's and in the Mint prospectus. Minimum conversion price is 1p, so funding is currently looking like a significant issue.
Hemo have borrowed £60m from Mint. They have so far drawn down £12m. Mint are converting at quite a pace to get back this £12m with profit. So far they have converted approx £4m so they have another £8m to go. There is no fixed conversion price or number of shares. So the lower the SP, the more shares Mint convert and therefore the more dilution. However, Mint cannot convert below 1p. See the prospectus or RNS for more information. Hemo at the moment have no other funding options that we are aware of. Additionally, they will have to pay back 114-120% if they cancel the CLN. If you are going to invest here, you really need to do some reading.
morning all
I have a little interest here and was encouraged by the interview with Sarah Lowther.
Feel free to tell me to DYOR but I just wondered if any body could explain in simple terms current situation with Mint.
There are currently 524m shares in circulation - what could that increase to if Mint exhaust the arrangement?
thank you
