Yes, Montague Centre Worthing was the asset it has now been sold to a new owner, we even tried to contact New River directly and advised them of our higher offer in case the agent didn't and they did not want to know.
The other buyer has not bought from New River before and I doubt will again
A company I am involved in tried to buy a building New River owns in West Sussex, we offered over the top of another buyer and New River just ignored our higher offer and never replied. Poorly run company that clearly does not look after their shareholders.
Dummy buy, I'm not buying any more as I think this will drop back now until there is further news. if we cant move up follow news like we have had today then it will only drop back further.
I can buy 20-30m on IG, there is no shortage of shares that is the problem. Another AIM dud that was due to perform
So it’s actually dropping, can’t quite believe on that news the price has gone down
Always tough this sorts of plays, I remember being in Immupharma, their phase III trial results didn't hit requirement and the price collapsed from near £2 to 20p now sitting around 7p
it's not the 1.5% drops, it's more the 15% drop in the last 5 days, or 20% drop in a month or how about the 32% drop in the last six months or how about the 47% drop since the start of the year.
Paddy, you know more than most, are you not worried about the constant SP drop we are now under 16p and nothing seems to be wanting to stop the drop.
i'm in EUA and its a bloody dog of a share atm wouldn't wish that on the COPL people.
Its clear there is not going to be a sale, which is why this is drifting lower every day I think we can expect to hit 15 by the weekend at this rate
Not sure it is, there is normally a build-up of anticipation but this just seems to be dropping off lower
There has been no upward movement for a while now and if the trial results arent exceptional, expect this will crash further down
So every time good news drops we drop, bad news drops we drop so is this ever going to turnaround? Broker note at 29p might as well be £29 at this rate 50% down since Jan and re-rate just can't seem to get into a forward gear.
50% down is little bit more than settling, very much a one way ticket downwards currently be very surprised to see anything move this upwards now
I think given we are now well over 50% down from highs SD needs to finally put his hand in his pocket and show some commitment the rot will continue as things stand otherwise. Something needs to break us out the decline.
It certainly feels like this is falling out of favour now with a lot of people. When things continue to drag without any clear end date in sight plus the strong level of selling people will bail. with an average of 35p i was late to the party so its kind of boom or bust now
The drag down seems to be reaching levels where people have had enough now and I saw this in GGP (still holding there) but took a big hit and you kinda get the same feeling here, everyonehas been waiting in expectation of a rise up, when in face the news which lands next could send us the other way and people are now getting out in expectation of a drop.
Lets hope thats not the case
Well this has to be the biggest **** up ever, the company has been decimated, dilution to an insane level from a 15p high down now to likely sub 1p by the end of the week.
Sitting at 75% in the red with news needed of a world cure to have any hope of bringing this back to life now.
In Vlad I do not trust
Not going to get a penny back from what it looks like, Id like it deregistered now just so I don't have to see it on my screen anymore
Well the market seems to have loved that update, wouldnt be surprised to see us finish in the red today after all of this.
