@noob, Thanks for bumping, it takes time to search that far back.
seeing the comments on up to 2 months to report, I am only going to look to see if any lock in periods have ended, and what price the warrants are activated at, and who's...just to get a general idea of whats to come, not sure what the benefit will be though, other than an excuse for a beer which is good enough for me :)
Now you have posted the threads, I have been reminded where to look
Not going to think up conspiracy theories, :)
Lots there Noob,
I can see holdings related to people with significant control have up to 2 months to report changes about the 25%, 50% or 75%. levels

@SpeculativePunt,
Could be a good clue in there, thanks
I am only passing on info that have have heard from an investor on another BB, which many probably already know here but apparently the rules were relaxed a lot on AIM shares a few years ago and someone can delay having to declare their shares amount for anything up to 3 months.
I found this link but lost the will to read it after a while but it talks about time periods in the months at various places

@Noob67
I assumed Cannacord and likes were the middlemen, so the shares belonged to their clients, and I guess many could own less than notifiable amounts?
Mind you looking at your figures they have sold them.
Looking at the volumes I would guess the FF updates are much delayed, as thats 146M shares sold into the FF since May 26th if updated promptly, maybe sooner

I dont try to understand it in too much detail, seen trolls try to manipulate FF, investors holdings, ii selling out, become a tangled web..
The share price has remained around its current price so I am really happy its all had little impact
Anyway all I have noted is below

@Noob
Interestingly I checked the FF a number of times when Scir sells were announced, I did not notice any updates to the FF,
I dont know in what time frame the FF gets updated though..
The bulk of Marr's reduction to 3% was due to the increase in shares listed, but still looks to have sold some
@Noob More shares available for DBD this morning ;) ..
The only thing I am sure of is there are more shares available for the PI
Until this week the newly issued shares were not finding their way to the PI, so I guess the big guys were holding or selling amongst themselves, or the FF was not getting updated(unlikely)
but yesterday just 1.37m new shares were listed while today the FF has been updated and increased by 20M, totaling 37M recently..
A while back the FF decreased while shares listed increased..
I am not clued up on this stuff, so cant add anything substantial, just DBD can fill his boots..
Yesterdays 1.37M shares added but free float up another 20M

I believe some warrants are issued within share price ranges, so if the company performs well and a share price is reached the warrants can exercised and the company receives further funding. The funder generally gets a handsome discount and may be allowed take the profit quickly, the company gets its funds, there is some share dilution and the PI gets to buy them at market rate if they are added to the free float. Recently He1 new shares dont make into public hands, which I think is a good sign, could be that they are being kept and not sold on, or going straight to private investors..
If the price range is not achieved then the warrants expire, unless the date is extended..
So I guess those out of the money have been set at a price He1 are yet to achieve.
So I guess performance based funding..
There is more to warrants than that, some having no set price, depending on reason for issue

Thank u @Mick - every day's a school day !
Correction: 19.7p, but you get the idea :)
Hi Jam2,
An ‘out of the money’ option/warrant is one where the strike price is higher than the market price. At the moment,any warrants with a redemption value above 19.48p are ‘out of the money’.
HTH
Thank u @Dai . So from the 3 RNS there have already been exercised about 10M
I don't know what this phrase means exactly -''we exclude the warrants and options that are significantly out of the money'' but it seems there are around 10M of those also.
So maybe 40M dilution still possible. Its interesting with scirroco; they are under 3% holding now so don't have to RNS when they sell. They are a 'stressed' seller to some extent but they must have a better understanding of the upside here than me. I wonder if the shares they held and still hold are classed as free float ?

@jam2morrow,
Thanks for the reply, did'nt consider Government holdings,
I read a share register should be kept, and its available to investors, but have not looked into it..
You could try emailing He1 , to find out where it is kept, and how to access it. That might help with SCIR.
There might be something about warrants in the admission doc, seen some info somewhere..
If you want just the total...
From H&P report when the sp was 7.2p, December 14th 2020
Helium One has 64mm options and warrants outstanding at an average exercise price of 16c/sh (70% premium to the current share price) in a range of 0-40c/sh.
We exclude the options and warrants that are significantly out of the money; this leaves 54mm at an average exercise price of 3.6c/sh. If all these options and warrants are exercised it would raise US$2mm and increase the share count by 11%.
implys that shares have been bought by company officers , cornerstone investors or the government ?! and so are not in free or public float. That is informed guesswork by me at best. I am interested in the amount of warrants that were issued tho' . Is that info available anywhere?
I have taken a small position in SCIR because they held 21M or possibly 24M shares in HE1. we know that they have sold down to, or below, a level of @17M shares but don't really know how far they've gone. SCIR have 1M warrants as well but there is no notice of a conversion yet
I dont see how the free float would suppress the share price.
The observation is that 10M shares have been added to the outstanding total so far this month and they are not available for us to buy. Until May 11th they appeared to be added to the free float, then the float reduced to that of April 23rd..
Maybe some one is able to explain how a float can be reduced, and not add be added to..
does the free float suppress the share price - surely once there is no free float the price will rise as punters seek it out - or is that not how it works?

Yesterdays ~4M shares(exercised warrants) are now listed, but free float is still Aprils total
